It includes all the receiver tubes and removing/installing adapters needed to work on many GM, Ford and Chrysler 2 and 4 wheel drive pickups, vans and SUVs. This master ball joint service kit includes 14 pieces in different sizes matching a wide range of vehicles, to help you repair anything that rolls into your shop. To use, determine the necessary adapter in the ball joint repair kit. Assemble the ball joint press with the adapter, then, using a ratchet or wrench, turn the pressure screw until the ball joint is removed. The full ball joint adapter set includes 8 receiving tubes, 2 receiving cups, 1 plug, and 1 remover/installer. Requires separate C clamp ball joint installation tool. Made in China. Gritty residue from manufacturing. One cup was severely cracked. How does something like that get through “Quality” control? It’s lower quality and 60% more expensive than the same set sold by Orion Motor Tech on Amazon.
