Bought this over two years ago and still looks great. My only criticism is that I wish the foot piece fit under the seat with a cushion on it. It only fits with no cushion on the footstool, too bad. But overall a really solid product.

I was looking for a comfortable small setup for my patio and came across this set. The two main things I want to highlight in this review is that the product itself is much better than I expected even, very sturdy and very comfortable for relaxing outside on a nice day (I am large at 6’4 and 250 lbs. and have zero discomfort or issues). I only got this about two weeks ago but I have a very good feeling this will last. It’s very sturdy, well built, good materials. Another thing I want to mention is that the company really has solid customer service. I encountered a very minor problem missing an item and they immediately helped me and fixed the issue for me. I received the replacement within the week. Customer service replies within hours usually, not days and is very polite and focused on resolving the issue. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a nice small set.

The product looks good and so far is comfortable. But I had an awful time putting it together. I am used to the instructions listing the all the pieces up front including different screws and sizes. This one lists the parts in each section for the piece you are putting together. And all the screws as part F even though there are 3 different sizes. And the way the screws are packaged it is difficult to tell there are different sizes screws. I am pretty sure I put the chairs together with the medium size screws instead of the long ones. So not sure how long the chairs will last. And when inserting the screws you have to get them to line up exactly. Also, a little pet peeve. One of the cushions for the chair can be used for Ottoman or the chair back. But if you put it on the ottoman it will not slide under the chair. And since the ottomans have toggles to attach the cushions, which aren't the easiest to get on, you are constantly having to take them on off to store the ottoman under the chair. With experience gained would buy again and have an easier time putting it together.

Y’all first of all I do not write a lot of reviews I have to write about this product. It will be lengthy but helpful . Let me begin by saying we were on vacation when this came and the delivery person left it in the pouring rain for days! When we got home we had to move it to the new house. We were hoping it would not mold because we had to come back to it to assemble a few days later. When we opened the damp box we found the product wrapped and dry! The cushion covers come separately wrapped in their own cool orange bag . Each packet of bolts come labeled with their own wrenches and ready to go. The assembly was flawless (and trust me I am not an assembler ) my husband did the final tightening I stuffed the covers with the very nice cushions. I can’t say enough about the comfort and durability of the chairs. You can tell they were built with care. If you want a beautiful comfortable durable piece to add to your patio or porch this is it!!

This is such a nice set! 5 quality pieces - extra cushion covers, easy assembly. There are even hooks on the ottoman and cushion so it doesn’t slide around! Great price point.
