Although it's not the one pictured, my scanner is the one shown in the pics. This was a good tool to have for checking codes, and rather not run to the parts stores to get them to do it, why not have one yourself? This OBD2 scanner works like a champ. Plugs in and with a few taps of the buttons, gives you what you need to know as far as the codes. Does give you the option to erase those codes to, which I did. Although, they will return unless the issue that first caused it is fixed. Pretty decent tool, thrilled that I can now tell what they are without any driving to those places to get them, and I can research them on my own. Great addition to my tool kit!

i have an older vehicle that we have been doing some work on and i am not by any means a mechanic but usually if i can diagnose it properly i can work out how to fix it or replace the right part. this has been so great to add to my growing tool collection. now i can read the sensor lights that come on to see exactly what is going on with the vehicle and save so much time trying to diagnose the problem. it is very easy to use. it just plugs in under the dash. there is only one thing it can plug in to and there are very clear readings to let you know what the issue is. quality is good and the price is very reasonable
