Got this for 2 cars - 2013 335is & 2022 X3 M40i. Works flawlessly in both. Connection is super fast and works perfectly with Bimmerlink & Bimmercode. Super reliable, never had a dropped connection. Seems much faster than a cheap OBD2 adapter I've used before. Great for Bimmercode coding, super quick. And also great with Bimmerlink for reading codes, monitoring, etc. Also love that I can keep it plugged in even with the car off, since it has a low power mode and shuts itself off. If youre on the fence about spending a little more for a quality OBD2 adapter, just do it, it's worth it

I originally bought the OBDLink CX to register a new battery on my BMW X5, and it absolutely nailed it. The process with Bimmercode was smooth and intuitive — connected instantly via Bluetooth 5.1, and had the new battery registered in just a few taps. This works great on my 2013 Mini Cooper S Roadster. It helps me identify and diagnose problems and do some of the repairs myself before I call my mechanic. It connects easily to my Android smartphone, and quickly lets me use Torque Pro, Bimmer Link, or Bimmer Code to pull or reset fault codes, or to provide some limited programming for features.

Ok, this works flawlessly for a BMW or MINI. It connects without any issues and is able to work with Biimer Link and Biimer Code flawlessly. The only issue I had with this was that it didn’t work with my Chevy truck. It should have the ability to read ANY ODB2 codes. I ultimately sent it back and bought a Veepeak unit that worked perfectly for my BMW, my MINI, and my Chevy. If you only want to use it for a BMW or MINI then this is this best option. If you need it to work with other cars then you will need something else.

Worked perfectly with bimmerlink and bimmercode for my x3 m40i. Their app is great too, and also includes features like a quarter mile and 0-60 logger based on true vehicle speed, not the one shown on the dash! Lined up very closely to what I got from a dragy timer. I would recommend pairing first using the obdlink app. The form factor is very low profile and can easily be left in the obd port without risk of bumping into it, unlike the enet cable I previously used and yanked out more times than I can count. For the price, this is a nice piece of kit. I did return this item because it can not be used with flash tools such as xHP or bootmod3. For that, you will need a wifi adapter.

Makes coding your BMW or MINI simple. No need to spend all day loading memory hogging files onto your laptop. Simply Pay $50.00 to get the bimmercode app, pair the OBD Link to your phone, and you're off. Simple! Coded pulsing flashers, window up with remote, and removed the speedometer correction from my '09 MINI Cooper in < 10 min. Great product! Bimmer code even makes a backup of the module incase you want to restore it to factory settings.

Worked perfectly with the BimmerCode App (which costs extra) to access many features in my 2023 Mini Cooper S. Most importantly, I was able to easily turn off the annoying auto engine stop feature. I have not explored all the features but this tool is definitely easy to use with a Mini Cooper. I have not tried but it should work with BMWs as well.
