Absolutely HORRIBLE "instructions" to get this going. There are drivers on the included mini-disc, but unless you're using a PC from twenty years ago, they are almost useless. The device is not recognized by Windows 10, so it won't automatically load drivers, not even if you point it to where the drivers are on the disc. And the various text files have confusing directions on what to use or how to set it up. Spent HOURS on this and still haven't gotten it to work. ... show more

Will not link to computer very easy and software is not free or accurate and what is available doesn't allow for user-friendly multiple devices or vehicles at all... However, when you do finally insert the CD there it comes with the software, BUT it also has a text file saying this: we suggest that you can use "scantool_net113win",if you think that this software isn't easy to use, you can free to choose following software:EasyOBDII,OBD2Spy,ScanMaster-ELM.But them require lisence. ... show more
