The media could not be loaded. For a non-Android automotive diagnostic tablet, this thing is awesome! Unlike other sluggish non-Android devices, this one is fast, responsive, and easy to navigate. PIDs update quickly, and the overall performance is excellent. A huge plus is the USB-C charging—so much better than outdated ports. I also love that it uses wired OBD cables instead of those wireless dongles, more reliable and faster. Another great feature is that it charges directly from the OBD2 port, which is super convenient especially when I forget to charge my tablet. One thing to note: this is not a bidirectional tool. It does allow for specific resets and functions, but it isn’t advertised as fully bidirectional, so don’t expect that. I've used it on multiple vehicles—Lexus GX460, BMW 540i, Honda Element, and Lincoln MKX—without any issues. Updates take a little time to install, but that’s a minor trade-off, especially with **LIFETIME UPDATES!!** XTOOL’s customer service is outstanding. They always respond within 24 hours, even with time zone differences. If you need a reliable, fast, and well-supported diagnostic tool, this is the one to get!

This is a very useful scanner!!! It’s compact and easy to work with. Has functions others don’t that help as a mechanic, including EPB maintenance, and multiple TPMS reset. Can’t complain, honestly only thing I would ass to this deal is a case, but for the price I might be asking for too much. Good deal!

Be fine if all the pieces were in it! Looks like someone had it before me and maybe returned it. The product was upside down in the box and the type C charging cable was nowhere to be seen. No big deal but still I didn’t pay to not have one. Also why no instruction manual??? Maybe it’s with the charging cable….oh well we shall see how this works. Whoever has my charging cable I hope you step on a LEGO!

This is a great scam tool for reading and clearing most vehicles dtcs or codes. I did have trouble resetting parking brakes on a few vehicles and this does not support bi directional functions , that being said this was not the one for me . The system used is rather snappy and does indeed function well for what it is .

very good tool. screen is small but its a powerfull tool. i got snapon and another xtool ip919 and they are good with bigger screens. but this is small and fast for quick check up. good thing is that it has lifetime updates. also you can send reports to customer too.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing tool, The Xtool`s are my favorite we use in all kind of hybrids and it`s very responsive, have a great interface, this scanner has entry level price, but do it all, you have all ECU`s Abs bleeding, HV battery voltages. I highly recommend it, and I`m very very satisfied and happy with my purchase.
