The fan looks and is as described here on Amazon. I bought two for the backyard patio. They look nice and well built. They were lighter than the older unit its replacing which was a nice surprise when you are installing them by yourself and trying to climb a ladder with it. Went to install the first one and it did not work. I have a voltage tester to check the wiring before installing. So, I tried the second unit and it worked fine. I then emailed the manufacture and explained the issue. They responded the same day and shipped out a new remote controller unit.     • Unfortunately fan did not work, but their customer service helped to an agreeable solution.
I really like the look of the fan. Unfortunately the fan blades would not Turn when it was installed. Their customer service did not give me a full refund but they worked with me on a solution.

    • Beautiful outdoor ceiling fans
I ordered 2 fans. When they arrived only one worked. I was able to contact the seller directly and was sent a new fan within a week. I now have 2 fans that work perfectly. They are a beautiful addition to my back patio.

The included instructions are practically worthless!!! I have put up 6 ceiling fans, 2 just recently, and never had instructions written so poorly!!! I do not recommend!!
