I would like to know if I can exchange just the seat cushions. They clash horribly. They are not the true color shown online. The seat cushion is firm, but not the most comfortable I have encountered. I have just assembled the first chair of the set, and I followed the instructions to the letter. I did not tighten any screws until all of them were started. Took just over an hour to try to get everything lined up so the screws did not get cross-threaded. Very narrow tolerance. The next one probably will not take as long. We shall see.... I would definitely like to exchange only the cushions. Ugh! The whole set is together now. Nice sturdy furniture. Still intend to buy cushion covers that match better. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ordered on 07/19 late night received it 07/24. Like others mentioned it came in 3 boxes. Each box was very organized. All the pieces and screws for each chair were within the same box along with clear directions. Very easy to assemble. I would recommend getting all screws in before tightening. Absolutely thrilled about the cushions being included cause that can be costly. Very sturdy I'm about 240lbs and my fiance is about 270lbs and the benches hold us both with no problems. He loves the rocker. Haven't had any rain as of yet it's been 100+ degrees here in Texas so as of now they are holding up great. Also the single chairs are wider than others I have seen and I love that. I can't wait to get back outside! ... show more

I’m super happy with this purchase! I was worried it would be “cheap”, but the material is very sturdy! Also assembly was easy as 1,2,3! Judging by the reviews, I thought it may have to be modified a bit as people were saying holes didn’t match up with where the screws went in, but thought, no worries, my husband is a welder - his job IS METAL! That wasn’t the case AT ALL. *Just read the instructions!* and this is a general rule of thumb - don’t tighten the screws until they’re all in! THEN tighten the screws or things aren’t going to line up! So assembly was no problem! Couch is comfy!! Glider and chairs are still on the way - another plus!! I ordered this a month before an event I have planned and the delivery date said it would be here after my event, I emailed the company and asked if there was a possibility to expedite shipping, but they said it was due to delay on manufacturing (probably because people can’t find employees) but that they would send it piece by piece, as it was ready! Wasn’t expecting any of it before my event, but it turns out, I’ve already gotten couch and table and the rest will also be here in time! Over all very happy! ... show more
