The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I was nervous to buy this because of limited reviews, but I’m glad we got it. This brand is the only one on market that fits a 14in mattress, which is why we got it, and it works exactly as described. Putting it together took awhile but was very straightforward- even had QR codes that linked to set up videos, not just a written manual. We anre able to easily, with one person, pull down and put up the Murphy bed. Only complaint is because we have it on carpet, we wernt able to fully attach the bookshelves to the mattress holder on the wall- the screws included were not long enough so we couldn’t get it perfectly straight. But honestly it’s not a big deal, it looks great and fits our 14in mattress perfectly! ... show more

This bed is awful I bought it in July it is November and it has broke twice now the whole thing is made out of particleboard and the hardware keeps stripping I’ve called and replaced the parts which it took them two weeks to get to me I installed the new parts and it’s broken again

Seems sturdy, and functional, BUT is is extremely heavy to lift and to put back down! This can be dangerous. We are looking into new lift mechanisms to hopefully help with this issue.
