install includes removing the bumper cover. Search YouTube for how to. Great video 5 minutes long and right on point. Whole thing should take 30-60 minutes based out experience and tools you have on hand. Assembly comes with the bulbs already installed and half the price of Local automotive stores. If you need Head lamp assemblies for an Escape get these and install yourself. You may need some push rivets for your bumper and they cost about $2.00 each you only need 10 total for the whole bumper so most of them you can save and reuse but I would have 2-4 on hand just in case you break a few. I needed 2 for my 2005. Highly recommend the assemblies. ... show more

Installed these on my 2007 Ford Escape. Fit nice and look great. Easy to adjust. Hardest part of install was dropping the bumper. But with the help of You Tube, I got the job done in my driveway. I reused all my bumper push fasteners except for the two inside ones on the far corners of the upper side. Replacing those two with cable ties made the job a lot easier. Good purchase. This pair of headlights was a perfect fit in our car, has a beam pattern comparable to the original headlights, and we've had no issues with it. If you're handy with tools, you could do it yourself (might want to purchase the plastic retainers for the bumper cover that needs to be taken off to install it) and it took us a few hours to take the old headlights and fog lights out, install these (and new fog light assemblies), put everything back together, and then finally, adjust the beam when it was dark. ... show more
