This was delivered, very quickly. I was a little worried when I first started to assemble it that the screw holes to connect the seat to the backrest weren't going to line up, and it took a bit of muscle, but the instruction video on this page made it really easy. The instruction book tells you a different way, which was more difficult when I tried, so yeah, follow the video. Anyway, it turned out to be so easy, it's basically ridiculous. The ad also is not kidding when it comes to how crazy comfortable it is. I knew I needed an extremely comfortable chair with great lumbar support, which is just one reason why this chair is already so great. Honestly, with only 62 reviews at the time of purchase, I was bit skeptical, but it's awesome. The fabric is so soft, and the cushion is very supportive... I'm in love. If I have to find a complaint, it's a bit heavy for me, but I still managed just fine by myself, and once you get it where you want it, that doesn't really matter. Plus, it is actually necessary so that it doesn't tip over when you lean back, which it doesn't. It is very stable. So, yeah, everything works perfectly, it's beautiful, soft, comfortable... it's exactly what I needed. I love that it doesn't have wheels, but if you want the one with wheels, there is another model with that option. I love this chair. Highly recommended.

This is way more comfortable than your "traditional" desk chair. It's nice and soft and wide and I can sit in it for a long time without hurting my lower back. I also like that you can sit cross-legged and still have the support you want. I like the simple look, it goes with anything, and It feels well made. It was super easy to assemble by setting the back on the floor and sitting on the front of the bottom piece to line up the screw holes. My previous chair was that fake leather that cracked and fell apart super fast. I much prefer the cloth. If you are looking for a new desk chair, this one is awesome!

Wow! Just 4 assembly steps, adjustable height, 360 rotation, comfy cushions wide enough to sit cross legged, supportive back that can rock...I dare you to find anything better! The only issue I had in assembly was getting the 2 cushions squished together enough to get the screws to line up with the holes, but that's only because it's obviously new! So even though that took a few extra minutes, it was still together in less than 20 minutes and that included unpacking the parts! I love, love, love it! In fact, I'm sitting in it now swinging side to side as I write this review. This was everything I was looking for in a home office chair and works perfect with my carpet flooring. The lovely gray cushion seams are all nice and tight with no loose threads and none of the metal pieces were scratched because it was very lovingly packed. I am hoping that it will hold up well as I use it. Thank you NYPOT for creating this lovely chair! Oh, and it even came with a free little gift, but I don't want to spoil the surprise for other buyers by revealing what it was...just buy your own chair and you'll find out!

I've waited awhile to review just so i could give it a good test/thorough review 😌 it's good though. I work from home and occasionally have a baby on my lap and we fit no problem. The legs are a lil uneven and rocks m if it's turned a certain way but other than that I actually really like it. I know there's several of these online but this one has a tall back and the seat is wide enough for me to be comfortable and the rocking feature is soo smooth and comfortable. I'd give it 5 if I had warranty and the legs didn't cause rockin.

I recently purchased the Nypot chair, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Assembly was straightforward and easy to follow. The only part that required a bit of extra effort was attaching the seat and backrest, where a second pair of hands was helpful to apply enough pressure for the holes to line up properly. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the chair was packaged—it was evident that a lot of thought went into it. The box even included a notepad and a very nice pen, which I thought was a super thoughtful touch. It’s rare to see such attention to detail in packaging and marketing. As for the chair itself, it’s incredibly comfortable and fits perfectly at my desk and in my bedroom. It’s clear that the design was carefully considered, both in terms of aesthetics and comfort. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend the Nypot chair to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable seating option!

I was excited to find an attractive, reasonably priced home office chair with a seat wide enough to support both me and my feline companion who likes to perch next to me when I sit at my desk. The product arrived packaged protectively and securely which impressed me upon opening the shipping box. I did experience some issues initially with the assembly of the chair, which promised to be easy according to the online video instructions and the instruction book included in the shipping box. However, without going into all the details, there were some "hiccups" with the assembly due to mismatched parts that were received. I immediately sent an email to the NYPOT customer support team, who responded quickly and professionally with guidance. It took a few email exchanges to resolve the issue, but I am a very satisfied customer who is grateful for the five star plus service that I received. Another appealing feature of this chair besides its comfortable wide seat, is that it is available in a dark charcoal/black color which I did not find offered by other similar products. Thus, I do not need to be concerned with dirt or cat hair showing up like they would on a lighter colored chair! Thank you, NYPOT for offering an excellent chair at an affordable price point as well as providing first class customer service.
