Used it to jump start a dead group size 27f battery on my 4.7l v8 and it started up right away barely lost any percentage points. Used it on several road trips to charge my phone while the GPS was running and it kept up all day. Only weird thing is it only works with half of my USB C cables and at first i thought the unit was bad because it wouldn't charge then after about 15 minutes of transporting and looking up the issue i saw to try another cable and another and it worked on the 3rd one i tried. The rest were old so i guess it's a connection thing since i made it work with my main one i use to charge my phone and it worked for a second before stopping. Another plus is it comes with an awesome case that holds all the cables and manual. Awesome product! Tl;dr great unit it'll jump start a v8 happily and charge your phone on an all day road trip. Also comes with an awesome case!

Has to be one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. This was worth way more than what I paid. I bought a similar product from Walmart years ago for $100, wasn't half as good as this one. Works in seconds. You do have to made sure this thing has a decent charge. At 100% before the jump, varies from jump to jump, bit on average it reduces the charge on the unit to around 75%, but only takes about 25 minutes to get back to 100%. This thing was a life saver. No waiting for someone to be polite enough to give you a jump and no worrying about jumper cables. Takes 5 seconds to jump and back in the car...easy...fast..

Believe me when I say this jump starter works exactly how it is supposed to. My daughter left the watt converter on in the car for two days, on the third day which was Xmas Day and we were going to do the family thing. Turned on the key and nothing. I have one of those heavy car starters from Harbor Freight but I was in search for a compact one because of my wife’s struggles with the large one. About a month prior I went to Harbor Freight’s shelf and nothing which is a common thing for them. I went to Amazon and started to compare the compact ones and I decided on NWISE jump starter. Model TP20 PRO, peak current 2000 Amp. It could save your life, or your family’s. We all know there are not so nice of people out there, I don’t know about you but I would rather be safe than sorry 😞 along with my family. It’s a no brain 🧠 er. Yes I would buy this jump starter again, and would highly recommend it. STAT THAT.

I have a towing service and this out of the box and fully charged wouldn’t jump any of the 3 vehicles I tried it on one being a motorcycle. I in a last effort tried to jump my lawnmower and it still didn’t have enough to even jump the lawnmower. Perhaps a good unit for charging phones and maybe I just got a bad one it does happen. Readout was east to read buttons easy to operate. Size was great. Everything I wanted In a smaller jump box just didn’t have the muscle to get it done. Like anything else in life might be a great product and maybe I just got. A bad unit. For the price ya can’t go wrong and returns were simple enough got a refund when ups picked it up. Total loss maybe $3.00. Thought I would share my experience. Wish it had worked as I fear having to purchase a $300 unit down the road.

Dead power outlets in car. This powers my GPS for most small trips., until I repair auxiliary power outlets in vehicle. With a "stone dead" battery this may not be enough to crank the engine over. A competent experienced individual could disconnect the vehicle battery and bypass the dead battery and try to start vehicle from this pack. Otherwise the stone dead battery will "suck" all the power from this portable pack and still not start. This means once the engine is started you have to reconnect the battery of the car while it is runni9ng. Not for the faint of heart, and some electronics of the vehicle could be harmed. Better to have two of these packs available. One pack to freshen up the dead battery, and one to give the extra power to crank the engine over.

My daughter’s car battery died to the point that not changing anymore. We use the device numerous times until we could get to a place we could replace the battery. Much better than using cables. We were in NYC where it’s difficult to get another car close to jump the car.
