While these are really pretty, it’s important to know that they have no vent so the lid jiggles when there’s steam. I learned the hard way you need something to provide that little space the jiggling cause the edge of the pots & pans to start chilling & I’ve already had to have the biggest pot & the 2 frying pans replaced. The pot came with chips in it & the pans started to be non stick before the 1year mark. I honestly wouldn’t recommend these. For the price you pay they should hold up better. I hand wash dry with a microfiber cloth & store from a hanging pan wrack so they never touch. Also they do NOT have “stay cool handles” & I don’t ever allow the flam to be bigger then the base, I fact I don’t ever put the flame higher the med-high. So there’s that too. If you’re willing to pay $300 I would look at other brands to be honest. I baby this set like I do my stainless steel & have had the stainless steel for over 8 years and they’re fine but I wanted these also & in less then a year they have a lot of wear and tear especially for the price I payed. There is a 1 year warranty so there’s that. What about after that?? ... show more

    • Once cooled was with a soft cloth by hand. I would not put them in a dishwasher.

This a sturdy cookware set. They have gorgeous colors ( purple: If that means anything to you) They can go from stove tope top oven. I recommend this cookware set.
