Just arrived so I’ve only been using it for a few nights. I’ve been using magnesium oil for over a year now. I decided to try this one though because it’s is pure with only the magnesium and water, no extra unnecessary ingredients. I haven’t had any “tingling” or uncomfortable issues with it but like I said I’ve also been using it for a while. I feel that it helps with any leg pain at night (not completely but better) and getting me into a deeper sleep without waking up so often.

I’ve struggled with waking up frequently throughout the night, and my wife had been insisting I try magnesium for better sleep. She’d previously wanted me to try melatonin, which never worked for me, so I was skeptical. This magnesium spray has genuinely shocked me with how well it works. How I Use It: I spray it on my wrists and feet before bed. You’re supposed to let it dry for a minute or two, so I use that time for prayer and reading. By the time it’s dried, I’m ready for bed - and I sleep much better on the nights I use this. Results: The improvement in my sleep quality has been significant enough that I’ve bought two additional bottles to give to friends who also struggle with sleep issues. That’s how much confidence I have in this product. The pain relief is great. The feel is not so much. Especially on the hands. But there's no odor at all and it's very effective. You can also rinse it off after 15 minutes if you don't like the way it feels and it'll still be working.

I stumbled on this product when a friend mentioned it would help you sled if sprayed on your feet. Not only did it help me sleep slightly better but it stopped my husbands leg cramps instantly. If you have plantar fasciitis or get cramps in your legs or anywhere else, just use this stuff and all that will go away. if you use this in excess on a certain area, it might dry out the skin there so just a heads up, but the stuff works great. if you’re on your feet for Most of your shift or you’re a runner put this on your feet! If you have stiff shoulders or you slept wrong and now you’re neck is all stiff. Use this product!
