I get cramps in my legs and this works instantly to relieve the pain they cause. The most I’ve had to apply is twice at the time of the cramp and then no more cramps the rest of the night. It absorbs quickly and sometimes I follow it with a carrier oil. It doesn’t sting like other ones I’ve tried

Works great, noticed a difference within a week. I was able to fall asleep in a short time after use and mostly stay asleep. Before I would toss for possibly hours and have broken sleep. I also take magnesium glycinate at night. Adding in this made it so much better I am asleep in 30 min to and hour at most. Use on my 13 ADHD/anxiety/high functioning autistic son. He was hesitant but now reminds me about it every night. He hates change & has sensory issues. Id say its a win. His sleep has greatly improved. We both suffer from anxiety and this helps. Highly recommend!!

After doing a lot of reading and research, I personally feel like many people probably don’t get enough magnesium, so I wanted to give this spray a try. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy using it. I mainly spray it on the bottoms of my feet at night as part of my bedtime routine and I do feel like it helps me relax and wind down before sleep. I also use it as a natural deodorant, and spray it on my shoulders to ease pain and it actually works much better than I expected. It dries quickly, isn’t greasy, and I like that it’s odorless. I’ve heard people say that if magnesium spray stings a little it can mean you’re magnesium deficient — I’m not sure if that’s scientifically true or not 🤷♀️ but I did notice a slight tingling at first that became less noticeable over time. This has become one of those simple wellness products I keep reaching for. I like having a more natural option around the house and this bottle lasts quite a while too.

And a very sore neck sprayed this about 6 times on my neck, rubbed it in my neck pain, completely wide away. Within 10 minutes, my husband had a shoulder replacement that went bad, he has constant arm and shoulder pain. We've used frankincense cream from vitality extracts, but that seems to be Not always working. You have to switch it up once in a while. Because your body gets used to it. So this magnesium will be the back-and-forth. Use 11 day, use the other the other day. Put this on his arm and his muscle and nerve and shoulder pain eased up after about 10 minutes, he never said another word about his shoulder hurting, and I totally forgot that my neck had been hurting this absolutely works. One of the main ingredients vitamins in our body that we are depleted of is magnesium, this is the real It is not greasy, it absorbs easily. And it's Made in the USA. This is amazing product came well. Packaged and it's easy to use. Definitely worth the money I will be purchasing this again! Took away my neck pain almost instantly after I rubbed it in it took away my husband's shoulder pain after he had a bad shoulder replacement, it took away his pain in a matter of minutes. Ok, I was a skeptic. But I work on my feet and they always hurt. I'm talking stress fractures for no reason, plantar fasciitis, bunions, flat feet...but I really think this helps! I mean, they still hurt, but not as bad. I only dropped a star cuz I just pulled out the rug from under where I sit to use it and it felt so gross! I'd recommend a towel or maybe if they make a roll-on or something.

It’s easy to use and odorless. The oil does have a slightly sticky feel to it after it dries. The muscle soreness fades about 15 minutes after I’ve sprayed it on. Great price point too.
