  • Seems like a nice supplement
FIVE STARS All the way

  • Very high recommended daily amount
These seem like quality fish oil. The Nutricost brand has a good general reputation. The packaging is high quality. The pills don't make me burp fishy flavors. Without a lab I can't honestly comment on the actual quality, but the Nutricost brand is about as vetted as it gets these days. My main complaint is that the suggested dose is over 4000mg per day. This is over twice the amount that my doctor and almost every other person's doctor seem to recommend. I'm not saying nobody has a need for such a high dose. But it does seem like the fish oil equivalent of shampoo's "lather, rinse, repeat." In other words, no need to recommend such a high amount hoping people will finish the bottle faster and then buy more often. Rant over. Final verdict: Approved for the pills and packaging. But ignore the dose on the bottle and do what your doctor recommends. ... show more

  • Good fish oil softgels with 1060mg of fish oil & 140mg of CLA per softgel.
For many years I’ve been taking fish oil supplements to reduce inflammation and support cardiovascular health. CLA is also known to have the same benefits so I’m happy that CLA is included in these softgels. Each of these softgels provides 1060mg of fish oil and 140mg of CLA. The recommended dosage is 4 softgels, but I think 1 is adequate, so I take 1 daily. These softgels don’t cause me any stomach upset, and the price is reasonable, so I’m rating them 5-stars. ... show more

  • Great Value and Quality for Heart and Metabolism Support
This supplement brings together a solid blend of fish oil and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), two ingredients known for supporting heart health, metabolic function, and overall wellness. Each serving delivers 4240mg of fish oil and 560mg of CLA, which is a notably high potency compared to other brands in the same price range. The softgels are unflavored, easy to swallow, and gentle on the stomach—no fishy aftertaste or reflux, which is often a concern with omega products. It’s a well-rounded choice for adults looking to simplify their daily supplement routine with an effective combination formula. The product is also third-party tested and made in a GMP-compliant facility, which adds peace of mind when it comes to quality control and ingredient purity. It’s gluten-free and non-GMO, making it accessible for those with dietary restrictions. With 120 softgels per bottle and a 30-day supply based on the serving size, it offers decent value, especially when compared to buying fish oil and CLA separately. The formula avoids unnecessary additives or fillers, sticking to just what your body needs. The only drawback is that it requires four softgels per serving, which may be a bit much for those looking to minimize pill count. However, for the level of omega-3s and CLA you’re getting, it’s an understandable trade-off. Overall, this is a clean, high-quality supplement that fits well into most wellness routines—ideal for those focused on cardiovascular health, inflammation support, or healthy body composition without overcomplicating their supplement stack. ... show more

  • A fish oil supplement that is good to go.
Fish oil is supposed to have many health benefits but I have typically always steered away from it due to the fear of burping up a fishy aftertaste. Fortunately, these do not give me that issue. Additionally, for a while, I used to take CLA on its own due to the belief that it aided in weight loss, but results are inconclusive. However, combing CLA with fish oil can’t seem to hurt, so why not? Additionally, I have never been disappointed by this brand, which gave me confidence going in, and that statement still holds true. Also worth noting, these capsules have a harder shell and do not seem as prone to breaking, or puncturing like a lot of softer gel/liquid capsules. The only downside to these is that the recommended serving size is four capsules, which if you take several supplements, can be a little burdensome. However, you can always adjust your intake accordingly. With all that said, for a person who typically does not take fish oil supplements, this one is fine by me and may have actually changed my mind on them. I get no fishy taste/aftertaste, or burping, or any other unwanted effects. Will these surpass the value that you can get in a bulk amount at your local big box store membership? Maybe, maybe not, but one way or another, these are good to go. ... show more

  • Nutricost Fish Oil with CLA (120 Softgels)
Nutricost Fish Oil with CLA (120 Softgels) are to be taken daily. The serving size per day is 4 softgels which is not affordable. I found that these were on point with other brands but four is an excessive amount. The amount per gels is less than ones I take now.

  • Make sure to do the math when comparing
I found these softgels to be the size of the fish oil pills I had previously been taking and I appreciated they went down easily. No weird burps or upset after taking them so that’s good. That said, I’m not exactly sure what I’m taking. My previous brand of fish oil lists the amount of EPA and DHA. The specifics are missing with this brand. The added CLA is good and gives extra benefit to this supplement and eliminates the need to buy a separate bottle which equates to cost savings. Please do keep in mind that the listed 4240mg for this product is a COMBINED amount “per serving.” Not per pill. Their per serving amount is 4 pills. That same math is also at play when you calculate the number of servings per bottle. You’re not getting 120 softgels of 4240mg. What you’re getting is 30 servings which is a month’s worth. The product seems good but if you’re on a budget and trying to compare costs, please make sure to look at the serving size and calculate. ... show more
