I just finished assembling the grill. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver and a razor knife to cut open all the packaging. Multiple times I thought I was missing a part but it turned up in one of the many boxes. It heated up pretty fast but I haven't cooked on it yet. Seems like a good value for the price. ... show more

I haven't actually grilled on this BBQ yet, but wanted to chat about set-up. The instructions on this were really well done and this came together perfectly well. All of the parts were here and went together like butter, which is not always the case with some of these things. We received the Nutrichef propane grill (NCGRIL2) yesterday. The package was in good shape when delivered and the grill went together per the instructions in an hour or two. The grill has plenty of grill top space for volume cooking and it seems to heat up fast. The metal seems to be of good quality and the grates are heavy duty enough. The stainless steel trim peices add a bit of class. The casters under the grill mount differently than other grills I’ve had where two of the “legs” seemed to rust and break off. This grill seems nice! It is missing several parts, all of which are pertinent to the operation of the grill. I can’t get anyone to respond to an email, it’s been 1 week+ since I’ve reached out again and again. I’m sending this back and trying another grill!

after assemble grill did not heat up according to thermometer on grill called amazon and they were excellent in trying to resolve issue...finally on my own it was discovered that the thermometer was defective and would not go past 250 degrees...replaced with one from lowes and all is good...lots of hassell for a bad t,stat...grill seems to be well built and is much heavier than the cheapo ones...time will tell ... show more

Purchased this Nutrichef grill to replace a 12 year old weber grill. I am very pleased with the way this grill was packaged and how easy it was to assemble. Purchased 0n amazon, the box showed some package damage but there was no damage to any of the parts in the box. The instructions are very specific and easy to follow. The hardware is packaged so there was no time lost sorting through a bag o bolts, and it is easy to see that you have all of the hardware needed to assemble the grill. No running out to the hardware store for nuts and bolts. All of the burners fired up right away The heat seems pretty even and I'm looking forward to putting this grill to work. If you are looking for a mid weight mid size easy to assemble grill that is easy to use, this is the grill for you. ... show more
