Products usually speak for themselves to a person that is willing to try something, this works for my stubborn matabalism. Granted I am in the second month of my 531 training program and I do something with a local F3nation chapter six days a week in the mornings. Maybe you don't do two a days, maybe you can build up to it, using this you will burn the fat off your body. I also use my fitness pal (free version) to track and monitor what I eat it pairs well with Garming so it's all linked together. You won't need luck with this in your equation. Is this and their whey protein isolate during the day, use their muscle matrix before bed so your body has a continuous source of protein. It is possible to loose fat and gain muscle, it's a more difficult math equation but like Eistein said no matter what your difficulties on mathematics are I assure you mine are fair greater. Be willing to do what it takes. Over come the obstacles, your mind is the first because your body can do it, you just have to train for it be mentally tough, set the goal, make it a milestone and keep going after you crush it! ... show more

    • Seems to be doing something
First I take 3 pills mid morning after a run/walk on treadmill/greenway it helps me with energy/pick me up (I do not drink coffee) So I say it works.for me I like it will try a second bottle.... I usually bike around 100 mile and run/walk around 24 just about every week if not a lot of rain

It's hard to really gauge if this was working for me as I used it at the start of cutting weight when people tend to see the quickest results. I was managing to lose about 2.5lbs a week and since being off it a few weeks that has dropped to about 2lbs a week. There's a number of other factors that could contribute to the change though (diet, exercise/intensity, etc.). I did not feel jittery or really any different while on it, but the day I stopped using it I was super tired and actually took a long nap that afternoon(something I never do). This is a grear company with top notch quality products. I use a small variety of their products. This product however just doesn't do much for me. I use fat burners for the energy kick and recently switched to this product to try it out but didn't get much effect as far as energy. People that are sensitive to caffeine and jitters might appreciate it though. ... show more

This stuff is the real deal. Although it takes a bit of time (roughly 30mins-45mins) to kick in, the appetite suppression and thermogenic effect is outstanding. I take one serving before training in the morning and a second serving before dinner. All of the ingredients are dosed properly and are clearly listed on the label with no additives or proprietary blends. With proper diet and exercise, I have been steadily losing 1.5lbs/week.
