I have waited a while before posting a review in order to give the product time to work. Preparations such as this take time to produce changes in the body. This supplement is a blend of vitamins, minerals, herbal and other nutrients which work synergistically to promote prostate health. I notice that several of the ingredients would also address allergy and general inflammatory issues. I started my husband on two capsules a.m. & p.m. for the first bottle and then went down to one in the morning and two in the evening. Twice a day dosing works best for his work/schedule, otherwise one cap three times a day would be ideal. I have noticed that when he takes it regularly with no missed doses that it definitely makes a difference. He gets a better night's rest because he is not up several times to pee. I've been using Prostate Support for 3 weeks now and i'm not seeing the kind of results I was hoping for. I still have to get up during the night at least 2 and 3 times. I'll take it a while longer and if things don't improve, I'll try a different product.
