I have waited a while before posting a review in order to give the product time to work. Preparations such as this take time to produce changes in the body. This supplement is a blend of vitamins, minerals, herbal and other nutrients which work synergistically to promote prostate health. I notice that several of the ingredients would also address allergy and general inflammatory issues. I started my husband on two capsules a.m. & p.m. for the first bottle and then went down to one in the morning and two in the evening. Twice a day dosing works best for his work/schedule, otherwise one cap three times a day would be ideal. I have noticed that when he takes it regularly with no missed doses that it definitely makes a difference. He gets a better night's rest because he is not up several times to pee. His stream is stronger and uninterrupted.

Has just about everything you need for prostate health. Buy Alpha GPC if you have hormone refractive prostate cancer--and pray. This choline derivative myth is said to have properties for holding the cancer at bay, but don't count on it. Still, I ain't takin' any chances! (M1B HRPC, several spinal and hip mets, survivability about 1 year).

I think it was a couple days after I started taking it, that I felt its effect. I can sleep through the night. More importantly was all the additional ingredients involved that seem to support the saw palmetto, other brands lacked. I getting another bottle of it.

A waste of money. after a few days no lasting results after taking the entire bottle.

I've been using Prostate Support for 3 weeks now and i'm not seeing the kind of results I was hoping for. I still have to get up during the night at least 2 and 3 times. I'll take it a while longer and if things don't improve, I'll try a different product.
