The nuLOOM Home NPT33AA Denton Table Lamp was an easy assembly and included a light bulb. Its design is rather nondescript and is one of those lamps that just blends into its surroundings. It does not support three way bulbs so it is either on or off. It would work equally well in a bedroom or a living room. The lamp is of good quality. It is a rather tall lamp at 27 inches. It doesn't look the same as the image shown in the product photo. Also, the lamp we received was 27 inches as opposed to the advertised 24 inches. I am considering ordering another lamp but I am concerned as to whether I will get another lamp that matches this one. ... show more

This product looks good but so wiggly and cheaply made. I can’t seem to tighten to stop moving but I can’t. There’s no way to tighten the product to stop wiggle. Only reason why I am not returning. It is because it’s too much hassle.

I love this lamp so much! It’s pretty big for a bedside table but the texture and mixed mediums. The base is more of a warm white to cream.

    • Full-sized table lamp, great mid century style.
The lamp and included shade (and included bulb -- ty!) were all packed perfectly and arrived in perfect condition. The off-white color and mid century style looks great in my mid century house on a large nightstand next to my bed. It gives great light: bright but not bluish and the height means that it is high enough to read under while sitting on a nightstand whose height is about even with my mattress. So, this is just perfect for me. The shade is off-white in what looks like a poly fabric. The lamp appears well-made. Sturdy and the on/off switch has a reassuring *snap!*. Cords and insulation seem like they'll last for years. The wood (or wood grain) stem at the top of the ceramic looks great and once again is yet another cue from the mid 20th century era. A new lamp with this level of modern style that gives this much light -- great value. Take a look at the entire series of lamps, they're all very attractive and in my experience appear well-made. ... show more

nuLOOM Home NPT33AA Denton Table Lamp, 24" Height, Cream- So I also received the wrong lamp. I’m not thrilled about it but it’s not a terrible looking lamp. It doesn’t really fit the look of my house like the one that I had thought was coming so that’s one of the biggest issues with it. I also think the white top doesn’t look like it works well with the purple glass base. I think these listings need to get sorted out. For the lamp I did receive, it’s somewhat decent. They do include the bulb which was nice. The top metal piece that holds the bulb was bent. That also holds the frame for the white shade so I needed to bend it back a bit. It’s still a little crooked but not as noticeable. The base isn’t bad. The glass is thick and seems to be well made. The top part is cheap. It’s almost like parts from two different lamps. Which based on the reviews, could be a possibility. I’m wondering if I received the shade for the cream lamp and the wrong base. Either way, I wouldn’t order this nor would I find the price point being anywhere close to fair. If the quality of the glass base was put into the top and actually matched better, I could see this being a nice lamp. The glass base is what I would expect for a lamp at this price point. It’s heavy and well made. The shade is not. The shade is like paper and feels really cheap. For now, I would stay away. ... show more

This lamp surpassed my expectations and I hope my photos do justice to its beauty. Even the light bulb was included and worked perfectly! It is a gorgeous light cream color, a shade of white that works especially well as a contrast to darker colors in our living room.. It is the texture and decoration on the ceramic base that makes this lamp a standout for me. The lampshade is the thickness to allow the light to suffuse the room with a nice bright glow. The three dimensional textured design on the base, a combination of circular shapes and other designs is perfect for both contemporary and transitional rooms. One caution: be sure you check the packaging to make sure you have the piece that connects to the light switch. It is a vital piece and I almost overlooked it in the box.
