I make 11 large ziplock baggies full of ice a week and store them in my deep freezer. I use DeerPark or Reversed Osmosis 💧 Waters and it turns out wonderful! Remember to run a clean through it with white vinegar every 10 tanks or so to keep any type of sediment from forming. All ice makers like this produce some kind of it, the last one I had was a white chalky film, this one has small black particles that form every once a while, but the cleaning eliminate that. I definitely recommend this product!!

The first ice nuggets are made within 5 min. Would have preferred an external water tank like some of the more expensive machines. It’s small and fits nicely on the counter, but is not meant for making large quantities of nuggets. It’s relatively quiet.

After surgery last year I became addicted to Sonic ice. I’ve been buying 7 of the Route 44 cups Every Single Day since September. I was so so excited when this machine started making ice and it was small and chewable and in little cubes! Other people mentioned that it comes out in chunks, but it comes out of the top chute, a couple of tiny cubes at a time. It holds 1.1 liter and it will fill the ice bucket all the way up in about 45 minutes. Just in time to fill up my 44 oz cup!!

Makes great soft ice (sonic ice). I have wanted one for a long time and finally found this one at a good price. Easy to use. Ice is clean and tastes great. So glad I finally got it. Only con is that it is a little slow making the ice but since it is just me that is not an issue.

I had great hopes for this icemaker but in less than 5 months it stopped making ice. I have tried several times to get the machine to clean but it won't initiate the clean sequence.

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas and She Loves it!! She uses this ice every single day and eats it ALOT!! I'm impressed with how fast it make ice. It's a little noisy but nothing I'd complain anytime soon about. The instructions are pretty straight forward. I Highly recommend!!
