I’m impressed with how fast this machine starts making ice. The nugget ice is crunchy and perfect for iced coffee and sodas. The touchscreen is simple to use, and the cleaning function saves a lot of time. Solid build and great value.

This SenCre ice maker was defective out of the box. Half pound of ice in a hour at best. Found a loose screw laying in the bottom of it. Clearly states in the quick set up to leave sitting for at least two hours. Directions on the side of machine say 24 hours. We did the 24 hour. Directions state that the ice maker should be shipped at no more than a 45 degree angle. R U KIDDING. Machine would not sit level on counter. Nice looking machine, good reviews. This was our experience.

After pressing the power button, the machine starts making ice in just about 3 minutes. A small amount of cubes come out every few seconds, and it takes roughly an hour and a half to fill the whole basket. The ice cubes are small, which is perfect for me since I have sensitive teeth. The size makes them easy and comfortable to chew. While the machine is running, the noise level is similar to that of an air conditioning unit. It’s not super quiet, but definitely acceptable. Overall, this is a great ice maker for everyday home use!

This ice maker does exactly what it’s supposed to. It makes ice fast and consistently, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. It’s a little bigger than I expected, but the performance makes up for it. Solid machine overall.

Much smaller than expected, nuggets are different texture than my old one. The feet on the bottom are not adjustable and unit doesn't sit level without a shim. It does make ice quick but for the price you might consider a bigger unit.
