From the pictures I looked at when ordering, I expected the ice to be pellet-shaped but they're little trapezoids. But they're nicely dense and slushy like I wanted, perfect for chewing up without hurting your teeth. Yum!

It started out great. In fact so good that I bought one for my home and one for my office. Then the one I purchased on December 20, 2024 started making noise and then it started squealing and not making ice at all. I understand that there is a one year warranty but I cannot seem to find a contact number. The ice is great but the make may be junk.
