Took a month or so, but now I am regular with nice stools! I'm a 78-year-old guy, and so did not know what to expect. I take 3 capsules after every meal now. I started with one (1), but that didn't do much. With the 3 capsules after each meal like I do now, my stools are now a nice smaller diameter and slip right out without any effort. This is strange to talk about, but I think they are perfect now; plus, when I wipe afterwards the tissue most times is still clean!! These NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Caps work really well for promoting regularity and digestive health. I like that they’re non-GMO and made with simple, clean ingredients. After a few days of consistent use, I noticed a big difference in how light and regular I felt. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the capsules are a bit large and you need to take several at a time. Still, totally worth it for the benefits! 🌿💊👍 ... show more

We love these, and they work so well. Although I have an issue with the price. When I first started buying these, they were under $9 and now it is jumped up to $20 within the past month. That is insane. With that price I’m gonna have to start looking at my local store for something cheaper.
