Good stuff (NOW FOODS): 2 pills in the morning, 2 pills at night - all is good. Cheap stuff (Le Crrrap): started at 2 pills per morn/night. I felt very off. Product Review: Fiber Pills I started taking these fiber pills in June 2025, following the a dosage of 6 pills per day (3 in the morning and 3 at night). Initially, they worked quickly, inducing bowel movements within an hour or so. However, after about two months of use (June to August), I've noticed a significant slowdown in their effectiveness. More concerning are the side effects I've experienced, including: - Stomach cramps - Headaches - Throat swelling Given these adverse reactions, I've decided to discontinue use for my safety.
