I ordered this supplement to add to my daily vitamin regime. I find it promising that research has shown that Vitamin K2-7, also known as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a form of vitamin K that has health-beneficial effects in osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes and peripheral neuropathy. What I like about this supplement from NOW is that it's reasonably priced, made in the USA, and manufactured at a GMP facility ( Good Manufacturing Practices). The bottle comes with double safety seals. It has three times the strength of my usual vitamin k supplement. Directions state to take one capsule daily, and each bottle contains 120 veg capsules. I know some medications can have an interaction when taken along with Vitamin K, so it's a good idea to always check first with your health care professional. I posted some photos to give you a closer look and hope that they help you out a bit with your choice. Thank you.

NOW is one of those supplement brands that I feel like I can trust. They aren't some pop-up supplement manufacturer where it's hard to find details about their products. Their website has probably all the information you would be looking for. Made in the USA at a GMP facility. Non-GMO. I've noticed some questionable things from other supplement manufacturers like a whole bunch of "other ingredients". Lead warnings. Questionable or non-existent websites. This brand is free from anything questionable that I can think of to look for other than third-party independent testing but it appears they probably have a good in-house testing facility.

I recently started to take these, and I hope they do what my research seemed to suggest that K-2 does, of course being able to verify that would require lab tests from a doctor and I haven't gone that route yet, so I will simply speak to the cost, easy to take these and a couple of other things and let each individual determine on their own if Vitamin K-2 is for them. First these cost a little more than some other Vitamin K-2, however they are a higher dosage but even factoring that in they are still a higher cost per mcg so there is that. These are very easy to swallow which is a plus. But what I really like aside for the fact that one bottle will last you about 1/3 of a year is the fact that the bottle is extremely easy to open and use. Instead of one of the childproof twist caps, this has a tamper resistant ring like the one on a gallon of milk. Once you remove that the first time, the cap basically just pulls off like the cap on a milk jug (though it has a piece that leaves it attached so you can't lose the cap). It also has a foil anti tamper under the cap. Overall, despite the difference in price I would probably go with these again if they do well. I will have to update that later and obviously that might take some time.

The NOW vegan vitamin K-2 300 mcg supplements are an outstanding value. They are vegan and made in the USA by NOW at their own plant. The 120 count bottle will last a day or so short of four months for my wife who needs this 300 mcg dose daily for her bone density as prescribed by her doctor. They are small and easy to swallow with no smell or taste. We seek out and trust the NOW brand for a number of our supplements based on our experience that they are quality and consistently at a competitive price. They are still in the hands of the founding family that started NOW in 1968.

Now MK-7, Vitamin K-2, great supplement To support bone health and cardiovascular support. GMO free, GMP certified from a trusted name in supplements. Quality, family owned and operated. I have been using NOW products for many years and will continue to do so. I found these easy to take and swallow leaving no aftertaste or stomach/GI issues. 120 Capsules, when taking as directed makes for a 4 month supply making this a good value for the cost.

The capsule size is easy for me to swallow and I have experienced no odd taste or smell from these. Now is a pretty well known brand, I have taken many other supplements from this same brand and had good results. With this supplement, it is tricky to leave a review, if I state what I take if for, my review may not be approved. Also, it can take several days/weeks to even feel a difference or the difference may never be felt and may just be resulted in one's general health.

This is a very easy to take supplement as it's just one capsule per day. No strange side effects or funky reactions to other supplements I'm taking. The capsules do have a slight odor but nothing bad enough to be noticeable. I wish the container had a child-proof lid, but most don't. The pills are also pretty small compared to some others out there, and that's a good thing. Recommended.

I know I can trust this company. I was looking for a vitamin D with K-2 to help with absorption but came across this and opted to try it since I already take a prescription vitamin D. Mk7 k2 is good for bone health and cardiovascular health. I didn't have any stomach issues with these so far.
