I have been sleeping on it for a little over a year and it was so cheap and worth it. When people come over they usually comment on how comfy it is and I don’t use a mattress topper. It fits sheets just fine and holds them well. It came in a fat, very long and heavy box though so I recommend making sure you have a second person to help you lift it to where you need it. What a great purchase! We bought two of these for our air bnb. They came in a box and expanded to full size. There wasn’t a smell and they look great. I would highly recommend it for the value of money. This would be great for a kids room, dorm, or guest room.

This mattress is so comfortable!! Got these for the kids rooms! They are fabulous. Not too firm but not too soft. Thick enough to go on a platform bed without feeling the slats underneath! I love it more than my other shipped bed which is way too squishy in my opinion!!

I bought this mattress for a 2nd home, so I had it for quite a while before I actually slept on it. It had weeks and weeks to fully expand before I slept on it. The size seems good, seems true to king. I am a side and back sleeper, and this mattress is not ideal for me. I wake up many times throughout the night, often with my shoulder or neck in an comfortable position. The support on this mattress is just not right for a side sleeper. I have a memory foam mattress at my primary house, and it sleeps so much better. I thought I would try an hybrid mattress to see if the innerspring would make a difference...well in short, yes it does make a difference, just not a positive one. Your milage may vary ... show more

I love this mattress!! I’ve had this for about three weeks now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It’s very supportive, with slight firmness and plush. The only negative thing would be there is not much support on the edges. But that being said, I get a great nights sleep every night with this mattress. This is literally the first bad review I’ve ever given. We got the king size 12 inch hybrid the beginning of June. Yes the other reviews are accurate these beds have no support, are floppy etc. This wasn’t even my main issue. After about a week of having this mattress I began to break out in a rash. So I began to do a process of elimination. Soaps, detergents, perfumes even medications. We also have two inside pets, looked into them as well they aren’t the culprit. The other two people in my home don’t have this issue, but they also aren’t sleeping in this bed. This rash along with blistering and scarring has persisted for the last two months. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times over it, steroid shots and prednisone it’ll temporarily make it go away but it comes back with a vengeance. I can’t definitively say this bed is causing it, but I can say the last two days I haven’t slept in this bed and my rash and itching is going away. I contacted Novilla customer support through email and also like the other reviews have listed, no reply after two days. Amazon though, is coming to pick the bed up today. I don’t know what exactly the type of materials or flame protectant they are putting into these beds, but if you possibly have sensitive skin, I 10/10 absolutely do not recommend. I won’t even lay my child on this bed because of how it’s made my skin react out of fear it’ll make them react the same way. Below I have the tag showing the make and model of bed, I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and if it’s proven this mattress is causing this possibly a recall because this isn’t normal. ... show more
