Q1: Which side should I print on? A: Always print on the matte side (printable side). The glossy side is not designed to absorb ink. Q2: Do I need to mirror my design before printing? A: Yes, if your design includes text or direction- sensitive images, please mirror it before printing for correct transfer results. Q3: What type of printer and ink should I use? A: This film is designed for sublimation printers with sublimation ink. Regular inkjet ink will not work properly. Q4: Why does the film sometimes not feed smoothly into the printer? A: If feeding issues occur, attach a plain A4 sheet to the back of the film to increase friction and improve feeding. Q5: Why is my transfer result blurry or faded? A: Make sure the print is completely dry before heat pressing, and use proper heat press settings (temperature, pressure, and time).
