I kinda hate to love this light so much. Bright, secure, pretty well made, the laser appears to hold zero well, hopefully it'll last. Pros: tight design, nothing to get caught on. This is a big point for me, i can't stand bulky lights that stick out like they are intended to get caught on stuff. - i got the one with the blue laser, it's shockingly bright, and able to light up a target from 200 yards in the dark easily, but, let's get real, it looks awesome. Turn it on while it's snowing at night, you will feel like you're from the future. - the light is bright, and battery life seems good, but i do keep it charged. Cons: the proprietary charger is a problem. If you lose the cable, it's a paperweight. On newer versions, a covered USB C port would be a good addition. That being said, the charger is cool and convenient, for what that's worth. - it is bigger than you'd expect, but that's not really an issue unless your handguard is weirdly lacking in forward Mlok slots like mine. - batteries aren't replaceable. It would be great if you could just slide a 18650 or something similar in this thing and be back in action, but that's not an option. Generally, it's an excellent value for the price, and i might get another, if just to have a second charging cable. Would i trust it with my life, in a long term situation? Maybe not, but for casual civilian use around the homestead, it's very good. ... show more

Love it. Well built, bright, perfect size, easy but firm on/off buttons, and not all goofy looking. Very clean and inconspicuous. I liked it so much I just ordered another one, lol. I will get a couple more down the road also. They would make a great gift...I just thought of that since they aren't too expensive and they have several colors. I've mounted this to my home-defense carbine because I wanted a simple solution if my door is kicked in at 3am, and don't want to think too hard about it. I zeroed in the laser and it shoots exactly where I aim it, and I can see the laser out to 25 yards easily (most I could test). The flashlight part is SUPER BRIGHT and the strobe function is fantastic. I'd rather dazzle/temporarily blind someone than actually have to shoot them, and this will definitely get the job done. The flashlight part does NOT f around lol. It's almost too bright for me BEHIND the weapon. The buttons work well, too. Super easy to actuate either temporarily, full-time on, or strobe. I have it mounted on the right side, and the buttons fall perfectly at the thumb when I grab my carbine. 10/10 do recommend if you want this sort of light. ... show more

This is a great item when you may need more light on the subject or have a hard time seeing through the iron sites. We had an attempted break in through the window a few nights ago that caused us to look more closely at our own safety. We put this on our home protection shotgun. It has 3 light options, the small red dot only, the red dot plus a solid super super bright white light or use the white strobe light that are truly blinding! When shining at the target, the light is so piercingly bright, you can see everything about them, but they can’t see you behind the light. Believe me, we tested it on ourselves. I was seeing spots for a while. Got here super fast. Fairly easy to install. More difficult to sight. Only drawback, it appears you can only sight it in vertically and horizontally. My eyes are so different, one works more for distance and the other for close up. So, it’s impossible for me to see through the iron sites anymore. Still, it’s a great product and I feel like if you’ve got the light and red dot on them, that’s all you’ll need. They’ll probably run and hopefully we won’t actually have to pull it. ... show more

I like the idea and design. The unit however is a tad long for carbine length hand guards but still work fine. The LED is kinda a yellow in the center instead of white like other typical LED lights. The blue laser is firing through the light's lens so it's technically protected inside. The downside is that this is powered via internal batteries/y so don't know how long it will last in the long run and would need to replace the whole unit or you would have to "Make it work" manually by modifying it etc. But for the price it's a decent option since it's both light and laser. I primarily need it for the light ,close in, applications and laser was just a bonus (it's blue even). If you intend to use the laser as an aiming device, make sure to mount this to a metal hand guard and not plastic like MOE furniture etc. You can cause anything to shift on plastic Mlok guards. Hence I'm using it for the light but laser is just for close in applications only. Tentative 3 stars but will increase if it survives some drills. ... show more
