I was able to try two cans of their nitro coffee. Sea salt and caramel. It was okay. The cans apparently have to be refrigerated all the time, so this is not the best purchase if you do not have the space to store the cans. I had an unfortunate situation with the cans not arriving cold and there was no notice of the coffee needing refrigeration. The customer service was difficult and slow to interact with. For the price and the experience, there are other nitro coffees that are better. If you see these for sale at a grocery store, it’s worth a try. ... show more

The nitro is very light in this. When you pour it, there's a very small (~1mm) of foam that builds up. The flavor is ok. I would not rebuy.

I ordered this coffee for my mom as a Christmas gift. There was some problems with USPS and shipping. Chris, from Sail Away Coffee Co. handled the situation like a true professional. The lost order was refunded to my account and two days later the lost order was delivered to my mom. Chris had already refunded me for the purchase as I recorded another 12 pack. Chris told me mom to enjoy the canceled 12 pack with some friends as a Christmas gift from the company. My mom LOVES this coffee and the company. As a salesman, I can’t say enough about Sail Away Coffee Co. The product is truly great, but the professionalism and customer service experience was above and beyond. I usually love a nitro brew. In this coffee, you can absolutely taste the sweetener. It’s not at all a good taste. As far as the nitro piece of this goes, there’s very little foam. For the price? It’s really not worth it. And the maple flavor? Awful.

This is a good cold brew. It has nitro bubbles. The horchata flavor is a subtle cinnamon. If you find straight black coffee too strong, this is a good flavor to try. It is sweet enough without being high in calories. The only flaw, which is common among shipped liquid coffees, is that the price per ounce is high for the volume you get. ... show more
