Last evening, around 2 AM I thought I was dreaming - I squeezed the edge of my recently purchased NOVA wedge pillow, to move it over a bit, and it started to light up in spots...not a steady light mind you but quick, and bright spurts -emitting enough bluish white flashes to catch my attention …..similar to watching fire-flies in a dark night sky. It freaked me out so bad I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. I grabbed the wedge and took it into another room, made certain there were no lights that could reflect thru the foam rubber....and then I randomly folded it in spots....and there they were again...strange little sparks of bluish white lights....not too unlike how lightening appears - Guess you know I'm not going to be sleeping on this thing anymore, infact, if anyone wants a free, freaky wedge pillow...hey, it's all yours! And, yes, I considered that it might be static electricity but dismissed that. I think the manufacturer used some chemical that reacts to being folded or touched?? You can only see it when it's very dark. Soooo creepy! My pillows will do just fine thank you. No more wedges for me!! Creeped out in Newport! ... show more

The description says it comes in 3 different elevations; however, with no choice given for which one to order, I could only assume at the time I'd be getting all 3. I received one wedge in their smallet size... I assume they just decided upon themselves which color and elevation to ship me? Very unprofessional! The wedge itself is hard and uncomfortable too so needless to say, I will not be ordering this again and advise others to stay away. ... show more

We now have 4 of the Nova wedge pillows (7.5” height). All purchased at different times, we keep adding more. We find them comfortable, and helpful for sinuses during allergy season and occasional GERD symptoms. We like having our heads raised a bit, and for us this is a comfortable slope. Seems well made, and we really like the way they fold and make travel convenient. We recommend. ... show more

Overall the foam is a very sturdy material and it is easily packed and transported. Almost the exact width of a massage table is great for client safety. Pay attention to the order size you place as I didn't mean to order a 17". A velcro strap to keep them shut during transport would be a wise item to add. ... show more
