Excellent design for a massage chair. I didn’t expect it, but it elevated the room and provided ample amounts of comfort. Best for slimmer folk. At 140 and 5’8, my body fits comfortably between the bars that the massage rollers glide along. However, due to my size (30 inch waist), I found that the air bags don’t apply much squeezing pressure on my hips—they get my wife though! There’s a bit of a learning curve with respect to the remote, but after a few references, you can fine tune many of settings to ensure your neck and shoulders are within reach of the rollers. Intensity is managed via a hex wrench on the bottom (which can be annoying if you and your significant other prefer different levels). Assembly is extremely easy. However, getting it out of the box is difficult as the egg-like shape makes it challenging to grip. Also, I didn’t think I’d like Bluetooth speakers, but they really do offer another deeper relaxation. There rollers will only reach the bottom of your glutes, which makes your hamstrings and calves feel a little left out. They have newer model that offers an easier to use remote, slightly larger frame, and few different massage modes, but at a much higher price. This thing is 100% worth the money. You won’t sink into it like one of the larger, uglier chairs. But it does a smashing job on localized massages from the neck to glute.

Beautiful and perfect! We bought the white one. The customer service was fabulous - super timely, super helpful and even followed up after delivery. I had three colors of this chair in my cart and when I placed the order, I purchased the wrong color. I immediately contacted the seller, they updated my order, we got the color we wanted and all is great. It feels wonderful and looks great too not being too huge and unattractive. There are lot of options for massages to tailor the mood and need. My husband and I fit great in it - we are average size 5'7, 140 and 5'10, 185. Very good investment.

I wasn’t expecting this chair to be that amazing… but now it’s the most sought-after seat in the house! Super comfortable, perfectly supportive, and surprisingly easy to assemble. It’s become the go-to for reading, relaxing, and scrolling through my phone. Everyone—kids, guests, even the dog—tries to claim it first. Might have to buy another just to keep the peace. Totally worth it!

My family is using a big massage chair for almost 10 year and happy with that. Since we cannot move our old massage chair to the 2nd floor, I was searching slim one. My review is ++ Add good point into your home interior + Massager roller pressure is strong enough from top shoulder to bottom = Simple massage programs = No leg massage = Compact size for slim body people only - my wife (5'3" 110lb) is ok but small for me (5'8' 160lb) = Less heavy than conventional massage chair but still heavy, still 2 people are required for moving - Air bag massage (for waist and hip) is not enough

Overall, the chair is decent but EXTREMELY tight for anyone over 5 foot 5 inches tall. Its super snug and the is little to no space in the shoulder which makes it uncomfortable for anyone on the larger side to use it. The massage features are limited and decent but underwhelming at a full price point, on sale its decent but not compelling. The chair was $2199, but for Black Friday was reduced to $1539.99 on Nov 26th, 2020. The massage chair is too small for me and but my wife liked it. At $2199 we chose to return it but when we found the lower price, we wife convinced me to keep it. However, rather than simply refunding the 30% (like almost every other vendor where there is a 30 day price match), I now am forced to BUY a new chair at the lower price and RETURN the old chair. This is environmentally irresponsible because it burns fossil fuels to send and return a product for no reason across the country from the east cost to the west coast. There is zero customer service for this company. I have called multiple times on multiple numbers but either the mailbox is full or they don’t call you back. They only email at limited hours. A decent chair but good luck if anything goes wrong, you are on your own and these things will break down.

I have an Infinity Riage CS and bought this chair for another location. Although I love the Infinity, this one has a distinctive look that avoids the oversized baby car seat design of many other massaging chairs. - the massage settings are much stronger than the Infinity chair with no option to change the strength. If you’re not sitting properly in the chair, the massage mechanism will surely cause discomfort. - The speakers are a surprising useful feature. I honestly thought that these were a gimmick. Once I connected my phone, I was surprised how immersive the sound is. The speakers are aimed toward your ears and it’s quite remarkable how good they sound while not disturbing others around you (at low-medium volume). -The build quality of the chair is excellent. It exudes style and quality with no loose threads or cheap materials. Although, the remote does feel plasticky and flimsy. -Most importantly, when the massager is not in use, it tucks nicely behind your head and you won’t feel any part of the massage mechanism (unlike the Infinity chair). This is probably the most important feature. Listen, I have no idea who Nouhaus is. They seem to be primarily a furniture company; not a therapeutic chair company. When you spend this much money on a chair you hope that it never breaks or requires service. That still worries me. However, if that does happen, it’s nice to know that this chair will still serve a purpose. It has a timeless modern/mid-century design that not only is comfortable but can class up whatever room you place it in. I can’t say that about the Infinity Riage.
