Bought this from a recipe link and it works great! Although Nordicware states not to use a release spray, I do use a spray avocado oil then flip upside down on a paper towel for excess to drip out before I put batter in. Perfect bundtlettes every time! Recommend!

The Nordic Ware bundt tray turns what would be ordinary cupcakes into an event. Baking is even and the cakes pop out well with all detail in place. I also like that, thanks to the hole in the ends, the pan is easier to remove from the oven AND the pan can be hung on a pot rack! I made a KAF Lemon Buttermilk cake using this pan to bake - the shapes are pictured. The light spots are apparently where the batter didn't touch the pan. The bundlettes are small - pan is only 3.5 cups total - most cake mixes make more than that. Remaining batter went into my mini-loaf pan. Cooking time had to be shortened - they are still a bit overdone so it's a good idea to watch carefully after about the first 20 minutes. I followed KAF's directions and sprayed with non-stick spray just before putting batter into pan but did not flour. The spray did run down to the bottom so I blotted that well with a paper towel. They came out of the pan beautifully. It was easy to wash the pan and I did use my little bundt pan brush to try to get it as clean as possible. It would be easier to pipe the batter into the pan instead of spooning. The cakelettes are very pretty. ... show more

I purchased two of these heavy pans. To try them out, I used cake mix. One box makes 12 of the cutest cakes. They are easy to clean despite all of the nooks and crannies. The cakelettes come out clean and pretty. Very nice. I can't wait to after Covid where I can use these for holidays when friends and family come over. ... show more

This is a very nice, sturdy pan. The cakes are a good size for gifting as a small gesture of "thank you". Or, consuming while fresh from the oven and still warm. Whatever you like. Excellent heat distribution. Not too bad on clean up, but anytime you have lots of nooks and crannies that make beautiful patterns, you'll have difficult clean up. ... show more

Being a Skyrim fan, I wanted a way to make "sweet rolls". (Nerds on here will understand.) Although I was looking for a plainer set, this caught my eye and I had to have it. My wife and I baked our first batch of cakes using a simple cake mix and they were as attractive as they were delicious. They didn't last long with our family and guests, and I plan to make another batch (twinkie flavored) this weekend. Beautiful, easy to clean, great results. These Nordic Ware pans are great. They are thick and durable. If you soak first, they come clean in the dishwasher. So far, there is no sign of corrosion from the dishwasher. The little cakes are adorable and make a nice accent to any cookie tray.
