This board is great for beginners in the world of darts and a lot of fun with the ‘Heckler’ feature yelling out insults at your bad throws. I quickly added some better quality darts and after throwing a couple of thousands of darts, I became frustrated at the high occurrence of bounce outs. So, my issue is with soft tip darts and boards in general. I’ve graduated to metal tip darts and bounce outs are history. I now use the Arachnid Maxx as a sophisticated score keeper, kept next to me as I throw metal tip darts at a high quality sisal fiber board. I just touch the segments after I throw and use the Maxx to keep score or play against it. Using Around the Clock or Shanghai games to keep things challenging. We did an exchange through Amazon and got it Christmas Eve. The actual board was fine. We found it was the cord that was the issue. We kept the new cord and will return the rest with a note stating the cord was the problem. The board is fine. It's a lot of fun! The board itself works great. Lots of different games to play and can even play alone against the computer on 5 different levels. But do yourself a favor and throw the darts in the trash and buy good ones. Fletching shafts break easy and fletchings constantly fall out.

I feel like it’s a great value and was worth every penny. It comes with 4 sets of darts with plenty of extra tips. UPDATE! Good news/Bad new.... Seller made good and sent power cord...Dart board STILL DOES NOT WORK! Return window is past. BEWARE THIS SELLER! Evidently there is a power cord that connects to the board and plugs into A/C outlet...although it has no mention of that in the instructions. I have been trying to get it to work for a while when I noticed a picture on here that someone had posted that showed a cord going down from the board! Instructions also mention "batteries" that I have no idea where they are...or how to get to them! Very poor instructions....and I need a power cord! Help! ... show more

Completed a game room in my basement and have been wanting to get back to throwing darts as it's been several years since I've played. This board looks amazing. Well made. The case / doors add a nice touch to this. The doors also help.protect the walls as I'm playing with my 10 and 12 year old kids (and wife) and the lower wall is taking a beating. Can't imaging what the sides of the board would look like without the doors to help.protect it. The board is easy to figure out with the instructions and so many games to play. We love 301/501 and cricket of course. But we've found golf a d baseball as well and it's loads of fun. Definately enhancing family game night.i would highly recommend this board. Play the extra money it's worth it. And the heckling mode is a riot! ... show more
