We did an exchange through Amazon and got it Christmas Eve. The actual board was fine. We found it was the cord that was the issue. We kept the new cord and will return the rest with a note stating the cord was the problem. The board is fine. It's a lot of fun! The kids are loving it. ********************* We were really looking forward to surprising our kids over winter break with this dartboard but it didn't turn on right out of the box. Returning.

At first after mounting it to the wall, the numbers were counting ones you didn't hit. 18 registering as triple 16. Almost returned it. Once I unplugged it and plugged it back in, it works fine. The darts hitting the board are a little loud, other than that, it's great for my practice! I'm happy with it overall.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! I think the heckler is kind of mean, but he thinks it’s funny! It’s pretty easy to put together; it took about 30 minutes all together. The plastic darts that come with it work great and are easy to assemble. If you are using metal darts, you’ll have to sharpen the tips more than the way they come or else they don’t work very well with this board. Sharpened correctly though, metal darts work just as well as the plastic ones. The board and cupboard are very sharp looking and the board itself has good accuracy. So far the board and darts have been pretty durable and the darts don’t seem to stick. Would recommend!

UPDATE! Good news/Bad new.... Seller made good and sent power cord...Dart board STILL DOES NOT WORK! Return window is past. BEWARE THIS SELLER! Evidently there is a power cord that connects to the board and plugs into A/C outlet...although it has no mention of that in the instructions. I have been trying to get it to work for a while when I noticed a picture on here that someone had posted that showed a cord going down from the board! Instructions also mention "batteries" that I have no idea where they are...or how to get to them! Very poor instructions....and I need a power cord! Help!

Completed a game room in my basement and have been wanting to get back to throwing darts as it's been several years since I've played. This board looks amazing. Well made. The case / doors add a nice touch to this. The doors also help.protect the walls as I'm playing with my 10 and 12 year old kids (and wife) and the lower wall is taking a beating. Can't imaging what the sides of the board would look like without the doors to help.protect it. The board is easy to figure out with the instructions and so many games to play. We love 301/501 and cricket of course. But we've found golf a d baseball as well and it's loads of fun. Definately enhancing family game night.i would highly recommend this board. Play the extra money it's worth it. And the heckling mode is a riot!

We bought this as a family gift for Christmas and we all love it!! Hangs in our living room. We got a vinyl sticker to put on the front to help match the decor and it’s great!! The heckler is very repetitive but we just turn him off.
