I usually do not leave reviews but this is absolutely worth it. First of all, the price point is amazing, particularly for a 60 day supply. I have been battling anxiety and depression for YEARS. Tried a variety of antidepressants that have done nothing but cause weight gain! My depression was oftentimes tied to my menstrual cycle and therefore I had THE worst PMS/PMDD. I mean crying for two weeks straight before my period. It was also very irregular. Since taking the ashwagandha, everything has been better. No PMDD at all and my cycle is predictable again. Since COVID I have definitely still experienced anxiety but the depression is not there. I will admit, I take this at night so I am unsure to what extent it helps sleep- I do take melatonin as well. Anyway, this product is SERIOUSLY awesome. I have been recommending it to my friends. Honestly, without this, my COVID experience would be completely different. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, DO NOT BUY. Description claims that 1 serving size = 1 capsule and that 1 serving (ie 1 capsule) should contain 2,700 mg of active ingredient. But I weighed the capsule and the capsule only weighs 650 mg. This is impossible and outright false advertisement!

These are the ones to buy. 1. The total content is per capsule, so you only have to take 1 capsule not like others who detail per “serving”. 2. The capsules contain Black Pepper which is really useful to help absorption. Others don't include this. 3. The capsule contain 2700mg EACH which is way more than others. 4. It’s so much easier to just take 1 capsule than others that require 3! I take these morning for work stress and evening for sleeping. I didn't realize how good this stuff was until I tried switching to the powder version to save money. It is night and day when it comes to almost continuous anxiety. One pill lasts for a full day. I am currently trying to wean off my prescription anxiety medication and wanted something to help take the edge off my extremely type A personality. I did some research and found Ashwagandha and thought I would give it a try. I researched many different brands and finally landed on this one due to the hundreds of positive reviews. I have been taking it for the past several days as I am lowering the does of my anxiety medication and I can definately tell a difference. In the past I have gotten severe withdrawal symptoms, but this time around they are MUCH improved and my anxiety is staying in check.
