As most user have stated, these came pre-assembled so that was convenient. They’re of a good weight and the finish seems to be durable. They have more of a farmhouse feel than modern, but it worked in an eclectic space. The bulbs are not very bright so it will be just nice mood lighting. Unfortunately they’re battery operated so that necessary maintenance may soon render these a headache for me and they’ll end up displayed without emitting light…lol! So much for convenience. A reviewer suggested upgrading the bulbs so I will see if that’s an option. If you are efficient with your maintenance then these are chic addition to any space. ... show more

I got these to use on each side of a king-sized bed. I was going to have to fish wire through the drywall to add lights, but these don’t need direct current so they can go anywhere. They aren’t used a lot so they should last a while without changing batteries.

Very nice sconce set. In need of a wireless sconce set for guest room. The accent of gold color is just the added touch to give the appearance of not being overly cheap. I would say these are very light metal - not tin, but definitely not a heavier metal used. That's okay, as these weren't ordered with any other expectation.
