The storage rack came well packed, no damage or scratches. Black coating was nicely done, very sturdy and well made. I dislike putting stuff together, but It only took me about 45 minutes to assemble and was actually pretty easy. Instructions were okay. Just a note to those assembling one, make sure you count the notches on the poles so you have enough room for the 7 shelves and they are evenly spaced. I counted about 10 notches to space each shelf. Easy to assemble. Love these shelves. Have heavy cans and jugs of cleaning products in them. Comes with anti tip strap which I am not using at this time.

This product was as described. Measurements were accurate. The pieces that hold the shelves are plastic but based on the way this is assembled, I don’t think that will be an issue. I did notice one or two shelves (I got two units) were welded unevenly. Not a huge deal for our purposes and does not affect functionality but I did notice. This product is not only smaller than seems on the picture( not that small ) but it is not sturdy at all , the legs wobble and does not hold together very well I don’t need this falling over on me or my kid Definitely returning
