This couch came in four different boxes, which all arrived together, within two days of my purchase. It's a longer couch so make sure you clear space for assembly. Unboxing took approx. 30 minutes. No tools necessary, I put together by myself, although directions recommend two ppl. It took about an hour and a half total. I was skeptical about purchasing online, I am heavyset and wanted to be sure this was sturdy, comfortable, and wide enough. I am totally satisfied with the quality and price. This is long/wide enough for me to stretch out on and still have room for another person to sit on the couch. The ottoman is the same height as couch so it could be pushed together and used for overnight sleeping arrangements. Ample amount of space inside both ottomans. Cushions have velcro to keep in place. This sofa arrived on time in 4 boxes(2 separate days). It was an easy assembly as described. The storage on both the ottoman and the chaise is spacious. It is very large and very comfortable. It seems to be of good quality and thus a good value for the money. The only negatives for me is that the 4 back cushions come deflated and it takes a few days for them to inflate. Thus leaving some wrinkles as seen posted in picture. They seem a tad flimsy to me and I would like them to be more firmer. Perhaps in a couple more days they will fill out. ... show more

I did not realize the sofa would be delivered on two separate days. The sofa is a bit firm, almost too firm on the seats but hopefully they will loosen up soon. The color is good.

I have had this couch for 2 weeks and it is developing frayed spots all over that I am having to use blankets to cover the couch. The quality is not at all what I was expecting. It is also lightweight in that it makes noise and moves when sitting down. I bought this over furniture e store couch because of the savings, but now realize probably should have just bought couch from furniture store that I could have seen in person first. The media could not be loaded. Great communication from the seller. Placed order on Sunday, received confirmation from the seller that the order was coming in 4 shipments. Seller gave me all FedEx tracking numbers later the next day. Received two boxes on Wednesday, and the other two the next day. I ordered the day before the holiday, so I’m very pleased with the delivery time. The boxes were not too heavy that I couldn’t bring them inside myself. I waited for all four packages to arrive, then opened up everything at the same time. The instructions are straightforward. Easy to assemble. I did it myself casually in about an hour. Instructions suggest waiting 48hr for everything to “bounce back”. The seat cushions are pretty good now. The back pillows could probably use a little more filler, but I’ll give it some time and some fluffing as suggested. I will add some accent pillows to make it look really nice. There are suggestions for cleaning spills as well as regular upkeep in the instructions. There is room for storage in the both ottomans. You can change pillow configurations based on if you want both to be freestanding, or if you want the chaise layout (pictured). The sofa is the perfect size and sits in my space the way I expected. I used the AI tool to see how it would look in the room first before purchasing. It rendering is pretty accurate. I haven’t used it yet, however it appears to be a solid, sturdy sofa. I did sit on the ottoman and the cushion is comfortable. This is a great buy for an apartment or a smaller space where you want to maximize seating. I wanted a large couch without it being "oversized" and this was perfect for that. Very comfortable, storage in the ottoman and chaise is a little small but I just use it for extra blankets. Was very easy to assemble and is holding up well even with my two kids, two cats and my husky.

Not a great couch for overall. The frames were mislabeled, the two back frames although snapped in, when together they are uneven and shift. I suggest placing it against the wall for support. We couldn't because our internet cable cord is back there. First time sitting, noticed the last 2 seats at the end were sunken, so the springs in that area were not supportive. (Purchased couch support boards, but 4 months later that same area is becoming weak and sunken.) Two or Three weeks in the cushions were showing indents, the back cushions are all lumpy and uneven. (Purchase extra stuffing if needed) Also, the cushions have this tightly, raised, rolled stitching around it and for me it was irritating the back of my thighs. The chaise has to be turned weekly because of long time use it has uneven indentions. My son who is 5'6 said the chaise wasn't long enough for his needs. Might be fine for a young adult's first couch, but not a single parent who is short and plus sized at 237 lb. ... show more
