*UPDATE* I contacted the seller through Amazon mail, they were very quick to get back to me saying they will send me a replacement. After mounting the replacement the same was as I did the first time, it fell off immediately again. Instead of tightening the screw clamp tighter and risk breaking again, I tried adding a piece of rubber shelf liner between the jaws of the clamp. This worked wonders! With the liner in place, I barely have to put any pressure on the screw clamp to my headboard and it stays in place. Great little tool, works exactly the way I want it to, only knocked it down a star due to it's durability and having to add my own rubber grip to make it work. *FIRST REVIEW* I bought this to mount above my bed so I can watch movies hands free. First time I mount the clamp to my headboard, connection feels secure so I attached my phone in place on other end. It immediately falls off my headboard. I go to clamp it back up and the bottom end snaps off the end of the threaded piece making the whole thing unusable. The key point of the mechanism is just a thin piece of plastic that holds the whole thing together. Since the arm has a metal cable running through it, a better design would have been to just have that cable run through the end piece of the clamp. An extra couple inches of cable would have made the most important piece of the whole assembly much stronger. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the part that holds the phone is solid and, while the arm is stiff to move, it does seem like it would hold your phone where you want it. I had high hopes for this product had the mounting clamp not snapped within seconds of it being out of the package.

This is a very solid camera/phone holder. I have used it several times while attached to a desk or table. I find you can tighten it enough so the clamp stays put but I could see how someone might over tighten the clamp and break it. Just be mindful of this aspect and don't over tighten the clamp. The flex arm is stout and takes a little getting used to in order to get it set up to fit your situation. The grip of the phone holder is excellent my phone never falls or comes loose. This phone holder functions really well. A very good tool. Highly Recommended

I purchased this phone mount for my treadmill. I needed a set up that allowed me to watch shows on my phone while using the treadmill. This item allowed me to keep my phone at eye level while using the treadmill. The gooseneck is very sturdy. There is still minimal vibration but that was expected. The phone mount does a good job at securing the phone where it’s supposed to be. It was easy to install, very good grip. I have been using it for over a month and I haven’t had to tighten or readjust anything. It’s holding up really well. Very happy with my purchase. Very good quality and sturdiness. Great value for the money. Highly recommend. I will update the review if there’s a change but so far I like this product.

The gooseneck may feel a bit shorter than advertised because the first ~6 inches are locked in place. & that might make it difficult to mount in a good spot. So if you can shell out the extra $5 or so, get the longer one, you'll thank yourself. Also... the clip that holds your phone on this thing. It's strong, it works. But it's a bit finnicky, I guess. You have to kind of struggle with it to get your phone out, and pull with some force to put it in. I would definitely recommend a claw-style grip over this one. It's not that bad though. Does the job. But... if you are reluctant, get the longer, slightly more expensive one.

I have to get on here and brag about this product AND this company that sells it. I love this product, bought my first one in June 2024. I clip it to my nightstand and use it daily. The clip part that holds my phone broke. I immediately ordered another one same day in January 2025. So, the first one the piece that broke lasted 7 months. When I received the new one, I can tell they improved the part that broke on the first one. It is a little sturdier looking, and you can just tell it's slightly different. Love the new one too, just as happy with it. I saw they had a sticker on the original one that said "they guarantee their product for 365 days." I had already ordered the new one because I wanted the fast Amazon shipping. I emailed the company with my Amazon purchase IDs and sent pictures of the part that broke, asking for a new replacement piece. They said they would mail it to me. I just received it in the mail, and they actually sent me an entire new product. I am very happy with this product, and their customer service is incredible. Thank you for being a great company to do business with. I can't say enough good things about the product or the customer service, so I will leave a great review. You deserve it a great review.
