I set up this ice machine in my man cave, it was super easy to install; I did need to get a condensate pump to hook the drain up to my plumbing. I’m genuinely impressed with how quickly it fills a full bin of ice for just a small little machine. The machine produces ice at a fast pace, each batch takes just a little over 12 minutes, and the 24lb storage bin keeps plenty on hand for whenever I need it. I really appreciate the stainless steel build; it feels durable, easy to clean, and looks great in the space. The LCD panel makes it easy to adjust ice size and monitor production, and the automatic cleaning function is a huge bonus for low-maintenance operation. It runs quietly, which is perfect for the man cave, and overall it’s been a reliable, high-performing addition to my setup. My buddies are super jealous over this ice machine and now they all are trying to come up with a plan on how they can add one to their man cave.

This item came well packaged and protected from the manufacturer. Connection/installation was easy and straightforward. If you have copper water lines and no easy way to connect, pick up a saddle valve kit at your local big box store. The one I bought (the store where you 'save big money') came with the saddle valve and 20ft of plastic tubing for about $12. Installation of the water line and drain line was simple and took about 15 minutes. It plugs into a standard household outlet and I was up and running. I can't say I have ever watched literal ice being made before, but I did this time. The complete cycle took about 15 minutes, it dumped that batch, refilled the water, and was making another batch. It's very fast and relatively quiet. I don't think I'd want it next to my bed but it seems to be about the same loudness as a mini-fridge. I would definitely recommend this for people who may have a need for an endless and ample ice supply.

It makes and holds a great amount of ice. The ice is a good size and the thickness is adjustable, only adding minutes to the time. So every 20 minutes or so you get a decent batch of ice that's very easy to break up. Although I do wish they provided a metal scoop... I just don't like the plastic one. It's not very noisy at all. It was very easy to set up. In the beginning we had issues with the ice full detecting board. It refused to go back up after dropping the ice, so the machine would assume it was full and stop making ice. I played with it a bit, we made sure the machine was completely level, and I think after loosening the board up a little bit.. it has been working perfectly ever since. Just so everyone knows, we have this outside on our porch, in Florida. It's not in direct light, but it's warm and this machine is running great. It's pretty quiet in my opinion. I believe it to be a fair price, comparing to others. They are overpriced in my opinion, but I think this is a good choice. A metal scoop and adjustable feet would be appreciated.

This is one of the most amazing ice makers. I am happy with the 3 size options for the cubes. I like the under counter design. It makes the ice so quickly. It did require running a water line to it but that was not very difficult. Now that we have it installed under the coucnter, I think it works really well. My friend said the crushed ice chips are better but I think these cubes will work just fine.

I have tried so many icemakers, oh my gosh I can’t even tell you how many and they all seem to be flawed so much. This is truly the first icemaker that we have gotten that is not flawed and does exactly what it says it’s going to do and does it very well. The amount of ice that this makes in the course of a day is perfect for what our family uses and it also gives us some extra. During most of the year we do not go through too much ice but they’re in the summertime and everybody is filling up their cups with ice it seems every 45 minutes and with my wife running a small business a nice machine like this just became imperative. Makes unbelievably nice cubes, makes them quick, and makes a lot in one day. Worth every dollar looks great and is perfect for what we need.

COWSAR is a great brand! I have another ice cube maker made from this brand and it’s great! This maker, I’m sure is just as amazing, if not better! Unfortunately, I bought it without realizing that it needs a water inlet, which I do not have. But, knowing this brand, this machine will live up to its description!
