I found 28 cents with it, but nothing deeper then 1 1/2 inches on almost full sensitivity in field mode, in park mode it was unless. Then I got my 440 Vanquish out and went over the same ground and the ground was full of targets that this Simplex was missing. Personally, this detector is way overpriced! As for the detector, itself, it works fine. Found things in my yard that I had missed with two other detectors. I bought this one so I could venture into the water, as my Vanquish isn’t fully water proof. It seems like it will do the job. Bad side is that the screen protector and digging tool were missing from the box. You expect to get what’s listed in the description and when you don’t it’s disappointing. The way things were thrown into the box, it appears I received a returned unit, minus what was taken out. The factory screen protector was off centered and appeared that it had been removed and replaced. I hope the first owner enjoys my digging tool. ... show more

Mine did not come with pouch as advertised an doesn’t seem to detect deep at all maybe need an upgraded coil
