    • I am 300 lbs and this chair feels strong!!
Pros: Chair is strong and at 300lbs feels like it is steady. not tight on hips. No additional tools needed for assembly. back of chair has a wide adjustment range. Cons: instructions are picture only and parts are not labeled on the actual pieces. Purple color is a lot darker then expected, but that could be due to lighting in pictured item. "massage" pillow is weak and not helpful at all. Both pillows are stiff, but shape helps with comfort. I have only had the chair for a week, but I have had a lot of chairs made the same way, and so far at my weight, this is the only one that has immediately felt strong enough to hold me securely. assembly wasn't bad, but pieces are not marked so some can be difficult to find at first. I found some of the steps easier to do out of order. Would have been 5 stars if the massage pillow actually felt useful, and if the neck pillow was more comfortable, but at this price point, it is an amazing purchase. ... show more

I was really happy that this chair was easier to put together than the one I bought for my brother (from a different company). I have a lot of back pain, but when i sit in this chair it eases so much of it. This is a very nice chair, compared to like Autofill or something. Every chair I've tried has given me hip pain. I was a little hesitant to try another chair but I'm glad I did. The back and neck support are excellent and it has no problem with my 260lb frame. Best of all, no more hip pain.
