Super comfy chairs and they look great, however, when you're doing the assembly you have to remove the black cap from the base stand! If you forget or miss this step you won't be able to get the chairs to work properly. We ended up having to look online for instructions. the price for 4 chairs is great! the chairs came in 2 boxes. i had trouble assembling, but i eventually got it. it took abt 20 mins. even though it’s plastic, i find it very sturdy and comfortable — when i work from home and i’m sitting there for 6+ hours. definitely worth the purchase!

Easy to assemble except difficult to remove the plastic piece off that is required to remove so the chair moves up and down. I literally had to use a sharp object jamming it underneath to try to remove. Other then that they look great and adjust up and down very smoothly!
