Overall I like the chair, the heat and massage features are wonderful! I did not realize that it had to be plugged in continuously, I thought it was just to charge it. The cord really gets in the way, so I leave it unplugged most of the time.

This is a great officce Chair which is designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The 4 points massage feature is a nice touch, providing a relaxing massage to help relieve stress and tension during long work hours. The heated feature is also a great feature for cold winter months. The ventilation mesh is also a great feature, providing breathability and keeping me cool during hot and humid weather. The chair is also ergonomically designed, with a lumbar support pillow and footrest to provide comfort and support for my back and legs. The reclining feature allows me to adjust the angle of the chair to your preference, whether you want to sit upright for work or lean back for a break. The unit looks good and assembly was very easy, however after using it a couple of days I noticed a discomfort in my waist and it was caused because the seat is not in perfect level. I re-checked the assembling including wheels and base and it was OK, maybe a manufacturing defect caused the off level problem ... show more

The chair itself is awesome. I love the material, heat and massage is decent. My only issue was the wheels, they are cheap plastic. Since day 1 the wheels would get stuck making the chair hard to roll. I have tile flooring and it was still hard to move chair, much less when you’re sitting on it. I ended up swapping the wheels (an extra $20 on Amazon for universal wheels) and now the chair is perfect. ... show more
