The Niya Sonar does a very good job cleaning the pool and tiles around the top of the pool. There is one small area around the steps, which are three steps high that it can’t get to. That being said, I am still glad I bought it.

I strongly advise against purchasing the Niya Sonar 30 cordless robotic pool cleaner. We acquired this product on June 8, and by early July, it had already stopped working. Our experience has been overwhelmingly negative, beginning with its poor cleaning performance—it consistently rode up the pool walls without effectively cleaning the bottom. Additionally, the charger malfunctioned within 30 days. Our efforts to reach customer service were extremely frustrating; calls went unanswered despite waiting for over an hour each time. Initial email communication yielded a request for a serial number, which we promptly provided. However, it has now been weeks without any further response or assistance despite multiple follow-up emails and additional calls. The customer support has been unacceptable, leaving us without a functioning pool cleaner for most of the summer season. This purchase has ultimately proven to be a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend investing in a higher-quality product from a reputable company with reliable customer service. Based on our experience, this product deserves zero stars but that was not an option. ... show more

We are loving this little guy. Love the fact that it pics up the debris before it goes into my pool filter. Runs for about 3-4 hours before needing a charge. Picks up everything it has gone over, including goggles straps and small toys that have been left on the bottom of the pool. Excited to see how long it lasts.
