I purchased the Burgundy Ninja Woodfire Grill OG701. It arrived well packaged and included everything except a scoop. I can use any scoop so that's not a big deal. It came with a manual, but I had already downloaded and printed a pdf manual for it from the SharkNinja website. Guys, I can't even tell it's been used before. No scratches or anything. The inside has been completely redone, new everything. I'm glad I took a chance on a renewed one because I saved a "little" off the price of new, and you get a 1-year warranty. A new smoker/grill has a 5-year warranty. I wish Ninja provided at least a 3-year warranty, but 1 year is better than 30 or 60 days. I'll be cooking and smoking with it this weekend, but I did plug it in to verify it works. Be sure to use a "medium-duty' extension cord (14 guage) or better. This is stated in the manual. It could overheat with anything less and possibly cause a fire. Get one if you're on the fence about whether to purchase renewed or not. The savings aren't super deep, but a savings is a savings. It's a heavy (30 lbs) well-made grill/smoker and I'm hopeful that I'll get many years of enjoyment from using it. ... show more

Have made beef jerky, French fries, steaks, chicken breast roasted pumpkin seeds and so on. It cooks everything to perfection. The wood fire function cranks out the smoke and you get a great smoked flavor on the food. Easy to use, easy to clean. It has good capacity to cook for two people. We use ours camping in our rv but it works so well, I use it at home also. We already have a large pellet grill but the Ninja outperforms it. Can’t wait to do a prime rib on it. Also, I bought the refurbished model and it was missing the cover and pellet scoop. I called ninja customer support and they immediately sent out a new cover and scoop for it. The customer service was top notch. I also use a Ninja Speedi which is also a great cooker. I definitely recommend this grill. Works great. Makes great food easily. ... show more

The title of this product on the Amazon Website calls it a renewed product. But, it's actually a refurbished product. Refurbished refers to a product that has been restored to a like-new condition after being returned or used. It goes through a comprehensive inspection, repair, and testing process to ensure it meets the original manufacturer's specifications. Other than that, this is a great product. This little thing is all you will ever need again. It imparts smoke flavor better than any other smoker I have had. And Ive tried them all over the past 40 years. It works as a cold smoker and dehydrator. I dont need to add liquid smoke to my jerky marinade anymore. If you are making Canadian Bacon it cold smokes your cured pork loin to perfection. Practice practice practice until you get it right. You do have to add more wood to the burn box before it burns out to keep the smoke going. I use fine wood chips instead of pellets. My renewed grill was working great and I was enjoying its features, but 1 week after the 90 day Amazon Renewed Guarantee window closed my grill stopped working. 2 errors came up indicating software and electronic issues. Ninja customer support could not help beyond identifying the problem. No further help provided on Amazon's end.
