Terrible coffee pot You end up with coffee ground in your cup either way you use the pot. With grounds or with pods. Going in the garbage. Not worth buying

I was tired of Keurig I went through 3 of them in 4 years and I was sick of it. The smaller version of this Ninja was being advertised to me and after searching for the one I was seeing everywhere I found this one and it was on sale so I told myself might as well!! And I am IN LOVE. Being able to switch back and forth between K cups and coffee ground is a game changer. The machine gives you a timer for your coffee being done and it also has a delay coffee setting. It is the perfect size in my opinion and the fact that I can brew a whole carafe of coffee or just a simple cup with coffee grounds is perfect!! ... show more

    • Look for Knob if you want water dispenser
When choosing features for this dual brewer please be aware of the differences. The XL permanent filter option does not have the knob for water only . If you want that feature look for the PRO. The picture will show the water knob on the left side under the milk frother.

I did my due diligence and researched which new dual brew coffee maker I was going to purchase. After much research I chose my first Ninja product and am so happy I did!     • Poorly designed not great for the price
I was pretty disappointed in this coffee machine. First drawback is you have to remove the holder for the pods every time you make a pot of coffee or open and remove the basket add the pod holder then make a cup. You will need to find a location to store the pod holder. Sitting on the counter top is not an option at my house. Second there is no water filter. Our water is hard so I can’t see this machine lasting very long without a replaceable filter. For the high price you pay, you would think it would be more convenient to use with a better design. ... show more
