I’ve had this cookware for about three months and use them for daily cookware. They have a heavy base which provides even heating and so far food does not stick. The only complaint I have is that the large skillet has warped and raised up in the center forcing liquids to the perimeter of the skillet. This occurred within the first few days of use. First time I ever bought expensive pots/pans. So worth it! Follow the directions and preheat before putting food in them and nothing sticks, they wash nicely

The pans are sturdy and solid. After a few months they still look new. If preheated as advised, they really are non-stick, but even without preheating they are easy to clean. The handles are long and easy to grasp and all but the part closest to the pan stays cool. The bottom heats evenly so there are no hot spots. A few issues: The handles of the lids can get very hot. Pre-heating takes quite awhile, which of course extends total cooking time. After cooking, the pans take a long time to cool. If food isn't removed from the pan right away it can end up overcooked. I was waiting to use this set for a while before writing a review. I bought them in September 2022, it’s February 2023 now. This set is the BEST! As long as you fully heat the pan before adding food, nothing sticks. Look up the water droplet method to know when your pans are HOT enough. I’ve always seen the commercials for nonstick pans and see eggs gliding off and that never really worked in real life. But nothing sticks to these. They are a breeze to wash, still look brand new to this day. I never have to scrape anything off. They hold the heat really well. This Ninja set replaced my last “nice” Calphalon teflon set that cost about the same. That set was never as non-stick as this and the Teflon on that was starting to flake of at the 2 year mark. I set out to look for the best pans within my budget and invest in a set that would last me a couple of years. So I chose this set after purchasing a ninja blender that I was satisfied with. These pans have not held up for me at all and I have been VERY careful with them so as not to scratch or damage them. I cook with silicone utensils only, and hand wash. My saucepan looks as though the coat is corroding, the paint on the outside is bubbling and cracking at the base and the side wall, I inside coating is also bubbling and has cracked where the coating has lifted. I also had a frying pan in my dish drying rack on my counter- somehow it slipped and fell on my floor and it bent. I know this is no fault of ninja but I do question the overall quality and build of these pans. I hate that I purchased this set in all honesty, maybe I just got a defective set? But I do NOT recommend these. No one else in my household cooks, and for as careful as I am with cleaning them and even storing them this product has not held up well.
