I absolutely love this Ninja Air Fryer and use it almost every day. It cooks food quickly, evenly, and gives everything a crispy texture without needing a lot of oil. From chicken wings and fries to vegetables and frozen snacks, everything comes out tasting great with perfect crispiness. The 5 QT capacity is the perfect size for family meals and easily fits enough food for several people. I also appreciate how simple the controls are to use — no complicated setup or learning curve. It heats up fast and saves a lot of time compared to using a traditional oven. I live in Texaas so using this during the summer is so helpful. I don't have to turn the oven on and make my house hotter than it already is:-) Cleaning is also incredibly easy since the basket has a nonstick surface and wipes down quickly. This air fryer is great I find it's easy to clean the basket and the crisper tray. It is a little loud when it's running but it heat all my food just right. I have found that I just need to adjust my cooking time a little so the food is not burning. It's east to set the temperature and to operate.

Having just received the unit, I've only had opportunity to try a few things, but everything so far has been excellent! I can't help but think of it as a compact broiler - much more efficient than using the broiler aspect of a full-size stove/oven. I know one can use it to re-heat things... I'm somewhat averse to having to clean after cooking, so I'm going to try heating some things like stir-fry, or taco meat using a small, Pyrex, casserole dish (oven-safe) inside the tray. One of the reasons I purchased this is because microwaves can actually interact with foods at an atomic level, and breakdown proteins, etc. in foods, compromising their nutrients, which in some cases actually results in toxic compounds. I'll follow up on this review after gaining a bit more experience, but thus far I'm impressed. ... show more

This works great and is easy to use! I would recommend buying silicone liner to make cleaning easier. This machine does not have a smoky smell when cooking and is very durable.

Love this gadget. Easy to use. Large basket. I love the reheat option. This does cook the outside of food really fast though. I use low temperature settings with longer time to get a more even cook. The roast feature is also great, again on lower settings. The only thing I've noticed that I miss about my old air fryer by tidy life is the separate basket feature. It's helpful to be able to separate the basket an dump the food out as opposed to having to grab the food out piece by piece. Having to use tongs to pick out every little french fry is annoying. I have air fryer liners but I don't like to use them because they don't allow the bottom of the food to cook the same as the top. This is only my preference so no need to deduct any stars for that. ... show more
