Description

This 3 galtouchless trash can is designed and engineered by Ninestars, the world's first legal patent holder. With its sleek oval fingerprint-resistant design, it can be used in almost any place, such as the home, office, kitchen, bedroom, dorm room or a kid's room. This durable trash can uses the most advanced sensor technology which can be found in all Ninestars trash cans. Pass your hand or debris within ten inches or a 130° angle from the infrared sensor and the lid will automatically open. The lid will remain open if debris or hand remains within the range of the infrared sensor. Three seconds after your hand moves away from the lid, it will close automatically. Power lasts up to 6 months in normal daily usage. It includes a ring liner to keep trash bag from public view for a neat and clean appearance.

The price is reasonable and it still works well. I like the size and color. It is perfect for my kitchen. The 1st time purchase was not perfect because the lid was not closed completely and it had noisy after couple of weeks using, but 2nd one was good and is still working perfectly in spite of used item (like new). Nice little trash can for a small bath. The motion detection suddenly stopped working, but we just hit a couple of buttons on it and it works fine. It's in the corner, so we seldom open it by mistake, although that could happen if it's in a high traffic area. Love the sunny yellow color.

The media could not be loaded. It fit's its price in my opinion! The motion sensor works fine. Its very light weight plastic. The top when closed is a little slanted up close but its no actual worry. I like it. The color is fun and cute. I put my bags like this on purpose but you can fold it inside the ring to hide it. I think if they lined the top as well as that ring that holds the bag with some type of rubber/silicone, it wouldn't be so flimsy to come off like it showed in someone else's review. If you have kids/animals that'll push trash cans around, it WILL spill your garbage out. This probably wouldn't be the bin for you. I recommend reading the instructions pamphlet completely in case your bin isn't working. There's tons of information in there that could help which I appreciated. If I have any problems I'll update this review. So far so good 🌟 **UPDATE APRIL4/2024 My motion detector/lid finally stopped working as of april 2nd 2024! I'm not surprised because after a while, the lid would lift weakly. It was never as strong as the first month. I did change the batteries and it still was weak. Now the lid doesn't open at all but you can hear the sensor trying to work. It's kinda sad. I wish you could buy a replacement lid separately. If anything they should make the lid opener on the top taller so when/if the sensor breaks, you won't struggle to open it manually. I still do stand by saying its an affordable trash can. Sometimes affordable things just won't keep up over time unfortunately. ... show more
