    • The Ice-Maker Sets This Water Cooler Far Above The Rest!
I LOVE this cooler!! It is the PERFECT option for a renter who doesn’t even have the option in their apartment for a water connection to their fridge. (Especially in a place like LA). I use the water cooler to make ice and then I transfer the ice to my fridge’s ice maker compartment in the freezer. I am then able to use my fridge to retrieve ice from the door. Pros: -good amount of ice made at a time (9 pieces) -ice is actually pretty solid. In other words, it won’t melt on you two seconds after putting in a drink -the machine isn’t loud at all. The only sound you really hear is when the machine is making ice and the ice “drops” into the storage area below, but it is by NO means a distraction of any kind. Cons: - I don’t mind having to press the button to initiate the ice-making option (because I wouldn’t want the machine continuously making ice if I already have enough made and in my freezer), but to have to press a button so that either the very cold or hot water dispenses isn’t ideal. If you are thirsty for a cold drink of water, you want it right then. You don’t want to have to press a button and wait minutes later for the water to be chilled. Only worked one day! Came lying down so stood it upright for 18 hours before turning it on. Made ice one day and dead then next. No info on accompanying literature for contact. At this point I think I have to get a refund from Amazon!

It works great but it should be a freezer were the ice maker is sence its not a freezer it constantly melts the ice

    • Perfect for a small place
I moved into my camper and I needed something that did multiple things in one for a limited space and this has been a perfect fit. It makes ice very quickly the hot is perfect for tea and other things the cold is very cold save me a bunch of time and space.

I liked it when I received it. But it stopped working after 2 months and I contacted the company and they told me to keep it and they refunded me my money. Now I have to spend money to get it repaired so I can use it. I think I was sold a used product and not a new one. I'm not going to recommend this company to anyone. ... show more

I live it the kids love to drink water from it. They love that its always cold at moments notice. Even my youngest knows how to work it. Witch i love.cos now he can get his own water when he feels like it and dont need to wait for me.

    • Dead on arrival.
Never worked. Had hot water and that's it. I heard if they lay them down anytime during the shipping process, they ruin them. That's probably what happened to the one they sent. Very disappointing.
