I searched for weeks to find a patio set I felt would be a sound purchase. Choosing to shop online meant I didn't get to see and feel the set I was purchasing, which can be scary considering how expensive patio furniture can be. After weeks of searching Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Sam's Club and even what some would consider "boutique" patio stores, my husband and I agreed we would settle with this set. We were exhausted from shopping and way past ready to watch football on the back patio! The moment the shipping labels were created (5 separate boxes), the company emailed me to provide each tracking number and to set expectations of estimated arrival (could be delivered different days). Fortunately, all 5 of our boxes arrived the same day and I (a 5'2" 135lb woman) was able to put this together myself in just a couple hours (power tools help cut the time down, just be careful when tightening). The assembly is very simple, but the company provides a link in case a video visual is more helpful to you. The set is beautiful and has the most comfortable back rest cushions. The set feels sturdy and well built. I had plenty of extra parts (one set per chair). The seat cushions are very thick and firm, but not uncomfortably so. I think they will eventually "break in" and soften a little which will be a plus. The seat cushions do slide around a bit for me but velcro makes for a quick and easy fix! A few weeks after receiving the set, the company reached out to ensure I received all boxes and was able to assemble the furniture without issue and have enjoyed my puchase thus far. They thanked me again for my purchase and offered an open invite to email them regarding any issues that arise in the future. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again and have even debated adding a couple more seats to my current collection! ... show more

We've had a great experience with NICESOUL. We ordered on a Tuesday with the expected delivery being the next week on Wednesday/Thursday but we got everything by Saturday. The seller informed us it would arrive in separate packages and even provided separate tracking numbers for everything, which was appreciated!! My husband put all the seats together, which was a little difficult. BUT all of the parts were labeled so the directions were clear. Just some of the screws were hard to get to and he had to do a million short turns with the provided Allen wrench. The couch looks beautiful and fills our space perfectly. The cushions are thick enough and firm that I don't see them getting worn out any time soon. The structure seems sturdy and can hold up to my youn niece and nephew monkeying around on them. But we found the key to this set is the fire pit!!! We didn't know if we would get this together on our day of deck accessory building. BUT we busted out the construction in about 15 minutes before it got dark and got to enjoy this beautiful that evening. Love the 'H' bar for the gas, we get twice as much fire!!!!! We only need it on low and would have to break out the guard if we put it on high, as that is a conflagration setting. The table top is big enough that drinks aren't right on top of the fire, although the glass does get warm. When covered it provides plenty of space as a coffee table. We love it!!!! ... show more

After looking for months for an affordable set that also looked comfortable, I purchased this one. My main consideration was the height of the chair backs. Most sets are only 25", while this one is 30" - it makes a big difference for me. I'm a 70-year-old woman, and was able to assemble 2 pieces per day (I used my own ratchet allen attachment). Everything lined up perfectly with the furniture, but the coffee table was a bear. I ended up leaving out 2 screws that did not line up at all, but shouldn't matter since it's not used for seating. The seat cushions are very nice, thick, and comfortable! The back cushions look good, but go flat when leaning against them. However, when combined with one of my throw pillows, it's good enough. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase! I love the gray color, too! ... show more

We received the packages and my husband and I putted them together easily; however, your hand does get tired as there is a lot of twisting. We liked how each box came with instruction, set of screws and allen wrench. They even provided extra screws which were helpful. The fire pit table instruction was not very clear. The item stated that the fire pit table came with wind glass and blue stones; however, ours did not come with a wind glass and the blue stones are white. We are disappointed as we purposely researched and bought this product for the wind glass as it gets windy in our place in Novato. We reached out to Amazon and emailed the seller about the missing wind glass. The seller was very responsive and shipped out the wind glass which arrived quickly. We put it together and it works great in stopping the wind from blowing the fire out and safety protection from people or children getting their hands accidently in the fire pit. had a little trouble putting it together and getting it all to line up when I put the lid (seating) piece on. Learned quickly that you need to leave all the screws on the base pretty loose so you can move them around to line up the lid and than go back and tighten them all down. Wait to put the bottom legs on until everything else is assembled. I got the 5 piece w/ firepit and it ended up being a little smaller than expected so we ordered 1 more piece for it at a higher cost than if I would have ordered the 6 piece to begin with. Take a little extra time to measure & get the right size the first time as it will save you $$ in the long run. Firepit was very easy to assemble and love it overall. ... show more
